Yep, you have explained exactly why I topped up, with the BOD seemingly not forthcoming with the ins and outs of the SCIB1 trial, speculation, fear and doubt spread like the plague.

Very easy to forget what we still have. I just sense that news from any of those will help restore our Market Cap to where it was a short time ago. Things change very quickly on aim as we know, just hoping this is one of them with good reason.

One thing I do know is £1500 is not a sum I willingly depart with on a frivolous purchase, I have just used the figure of 5p as a potential bottom faced with the facts we know. It is not like we haven"t fallen considerably already on confidence for SCIB1 trial.

I took 5.345 when it came down from 5.50 which seems to be friendless in the market, but I do feel any sign of decent buying we will rise quickly as has been the case in dummy trade prices after an individual buy in this area. I just didn"t want to miss slightly above 5p as I did last time as funds dictated. I was surprised how little it lowered it my average again, just couldn"t work it out in my head, but as I have said before a deal on Glycans, Avidamab as our first commercial deal was my driver.

So for all of us the next RNS is crucial, Until then we just have a load of speculation, so as Chester says we haven"t had a great deal of luck on this journey, and I hope for all that changes very quickly, with a clear direction on where we are with the SCIB1 trial and where it is going. I have a couple of reasons to believe the IND will be submitted again shortly, but those are just my feelings, but IMHO will serve as good news hoping the share has fallen enough already on that situation.

You will not be surprised to know that many patients are brought by ambulance every day from such a radius for cancer treatment as the norm, but you know I understand how draining it is just travelling 12 miles every two weeks over six years for treatment Radiation is even more demanding, every other day for up to 3 week periods, and many forms of chemotherapy every few days for many months.

It is a colossal commitment for all cancer patients on all types of treatment, Just sometimes needs must, but yes for some they just cannot go through that, it is physically and mentally so demanding even more so than the treatment itself for many.''In deciding the trial was open for the first six patients they must have believed they could achieve that to start with.

Serves as a good reminder always, I cannot imagine for a moment that since this was published with all the suport from Nottingham University, we stand with no patients screened and enrolled. IF as was reported from the AGM we would get regular updates and none received suggests a big problem enrolling. Even with just that site and a radius of say 100m around Nottingham it seems incredulous. even the more.

Scancells stance of saying nothing has led to the current SP fall, and it is in nobodys interest for that to continue. Expecting news very soon covering that and a few other issues, Vulpes would have known this situation back in April/May which is why I feel 5p for experience could well see the bottom. Lets hope so.

I last asked about Ichors commitment when they signed an agreement i believe from memory with AZ, which came with a £100k a month retainer for their services, alot more commitment from AZ than what we had in place. The only rationale I can think of that makes any sense is that Ichor made promises which just haven"t been kept, otherwise Scancell would surely have changed their plans??

No I didn"t think for a moment you had fallen into any trap, there are times as you do a simple question to explain further is needed and appreciated, as ever you explain yourself fully, and I hope that on previous occasions where people just blame the BOD without giving any particular reason or what we should/could have done differently doesn"t come over as not wishing to debate, but I find it a senseless exercise.

Still so any missing parts to that jigsaw that don"t make sense, will we ever find out, But quite simply as you said four years and no patients dosed need a fuller explanation to shareholders, and just wondered for those who attended the AGM whether the subject was brought to Q & A, I don"t believe it was except for the BOD to nod they would keep as informed as and when enrollment progresses.

Something I have thought for some time and raised here a couple of times. Would explain Scancells decision to move away to nano delivery system in the future but not the rationale for waiting for the Tri Grid.

Contrary to what has been posted about not having a seller, I have noted we have had a seller in recent months and have often thought whether that is Ichor?? Bermuda can you explain to me how man shares Ichor physically hold, how many are options, and why if it is Ichor selling we do not get any Notification of Holdings? Which again raises the question of why we are waiting on Ichor if there is no future in our relationship?

I guess this is what I meant by rationale, I have never felt comfortable with the explanations for delay of SCIB1 trial nor Scancells explanation that it is not for us to explain in detail the issues but Ichors. They say if it doesn"t make sense it often is non sensical, this is the issue I have wanted to discuss for some time. Thanks for that Bermuda.

With the new batch of SCIB1 manufactured and an IND in place with the FDA, I would have thought all hands have been on those product developments.

Ivy, sorry to have picked you up on that comment about realistic posting, but did anyone with all the retrospect available think that would have been the case when the combo trial was announced?? I really don"t think so, and would dearly love to relly knw what has gone on with that. Indeed it is unbelievable, and it makes me really wonder what has gone on in that time.

When I mentioned IMM and MTFB that was not an attack on you, nut you owned it, and TBH I am not interested in anyones success in trading particularly, you would think AIM was a nest of winners if you did, but you bought early into Premaitha, VAL too and posted very positively when you was in each, do you think your posting history was realistic?? considering they have all performed worse at this point than we have in the last few years. However, glad you TRADED IMM well, many did, must have been a no brainer after rising to £2 still awaiting for Approval. I have always stated here that 50p is my realistic target, and believe me I bought more, depending on the circumstances, to top slice eventually and then have a free run here with 120k. Bobbust, tremendous holding, I always wondered whether you were just declaring your buys, apologies for that.

Well that is what me and Crumbs did on Wednesday, trouble is we were the only two buys that day!! So I paid 5.345, I was targetting as close to 5p as possible after missing out last time.

This is a crazy market, but I understand where we are, and didn"t like that 190k sell at 5.03 one bit. Just a thought for LTH I was going through my previous transactions and I spent over £10k for the same quantity (28k) , my first purchases, that i bought on Wednesday for £1500. Retrospect eh? As ever not so sure we have bottomed out, enter luck as you said, that applies to us as well, but it looks like only good news will shift this, just a bit surprised at the lack of appetite at this level, and it was a great trade for those who bought in when we were last at this level.

Anyways looking forward to Chelseas 7th away win on the bounce at 5.30, and just hoping next week we can stay above 5p, I would suggest that plenty of us don"t need any more shares and that IMHO is what we are seeing without news. Have a good weekend.

We all want a polite balanced board, wouldn"t we all love to have the benefit of hindsight and in retrospect it all seems so easy.

These concerns as I have said are nothing new, and without knowing the motivation of the BOD (or lack of) to run the SCIB1 combo trial it is so hard to comment. I just hope the BOD in their stratagy with Moditope, Avidamab and glycans have learned much from this seeming debacle.

I just wonder might have happened five/six years ago if immunotherapy had made the giant leaps it has in recent years?? given the data from the SCIB1 mono trial, but there is still much to come from the pipeline,......

Again disagreeing with Ivy we all raised concerns about the delay in the SCIB1 trial at various stages, I can only imagine Scancell had good grounds to believe the FDA would Approve trial eventually, and we still don"t know exactly why they haven"t or where we are up to in reapplying.

Yep, your first post suggested that. Perhaps Scancell did, and I seem to remember not so longago Keytruda was only available on private insurance. Sadly I know that as a married couple i knew some time ago both were diagnosed with brain cancer, both were treated with Keytruda, and both sadly passed away within a year.

Do you know whether the criteria for Keytruda supply has changed in the last couple of years. I don"t?

I think we have all learned lessons by the demise of MTFB (your biggest holding) and even IMM, i cannot remember you ever saying what we are with retrospect behind us.

The question is how much lower we can go?? as you say without a distressed seller..................well we do have a seller and have had for quite some time. What we need is some positive news as there is an extreme shortage of buyers!!

The problem for any business is funding, and plans b) c) and d) have enormous costs attached to them. In that way the big pharmas are budgeting at a fraction of their cost in each individual project, we are raising to implement plan a).

Key news could be a partner for Moditope trials or/and any commercial deals for glycans and Avidamab, the market would like either IMHO
