Good afternoon LawrenceH, just reading your posting history can only see 3 posts in the last 30 days on this share, all of which are "strong sell"
Just wondering at what point you held and sold or clearly what entry point your trying to get in at.
If you didnt hold and dont look to hold, then I find it strange why you would pass judgment on a share you dont hold or have no interest in holding due to your strong sell indication.
Strangely looking forward to your reply ............................. As the cash in the bank is double the current MC and that value then doesnt include current assets or equipment etc
I am also working in Iraq close to the Turkish boarder in Norther Kurdistan and there is no longer any signs of conflict.
VLU is perfectly placed to supply a country that fuel consumption is 90% gas and the gas price is higher than that of the global market!

Judging by the traffic this is a very unknown of company in comparison to others on the market.

I have been sat looking at the directors buys, I have also reviewed looking at highs prior to the drop due to conflict on the Turkish boarder you will see 20th Sep 2019 £2.02 and 15th October 2019.

Nothing in the RNS apart from conflict to warrant the drop in SP.

I am currently working the other side of the Turkish boarder in Norther Kurdistan, why at the time of reporting you could hear in the distant shell fire there has been nothing since and there seems to have been a cease fire since way before Christmas.
Operations are still ongoing both sides of the Turkish boarder and the price of Natural Gas on the Turkish market if much higher than that of the world price not only that but 90% Turkish fuel is natural gas.

So this is demonstration that there is a big market for this...………...…………...…. can in my personnel opinion see a large re-rate here.

Even looking at the RNS is clearly states the position of this company:

Enviable financial position, with no debt and approximately $36 million of cash at year-end 2019

So with $36m or £29m in the bank and no dept and a strong market you can only assume that this AIM company is a little of PIs radars and it will only be a matter of time before a few more start taking positions.

£29m in CASH in the bank and a MC £14m so you have a bag just to reach current cash value and this doesn't include location and 100% owned asset and a market for the gas which is higher than the global gas market...……………….

After all your not a child, its up to you IF you want to invest at the end of the day, the same information is available to all, some invest and expect things to happen over night. IF you not happy with the wait you could always sell up and move on, only IF you want to!
There are a lot of IFs in life but some choose to support this share IF they have invested or de-ramp IF they have sold out !

There wasn’t a default as such as far as I am aware, like the previous deadline it has been extended, as we the PIs haven’t been notified otherwise.

As for plant and equipment, please read my post again. “Plant and equipment are at site” PREM has its own equipment but it is or was awaiting the MNH equipment.
Your interpretation is that I alluded to this being from MNH, when in fact the only reference I make in my post to MNH is in relation to JV partner with them following - Point B, NEIFF handing over a larger percentage.

As for plant optimisation Premier African minerals should be capable of using the current resources it has - my post talked about “optimisation” levels and getting the percentages right, what it did not was talk about going into production were we would require the heavy plant and equipment from MMH to assist in moving the tonnage we have to maximise output.
This is your assumption Acker based on your own interpretation.
Little strange how the assuming and interpretation goes hand in hand, normally factored or based on the days your holding - your ramping and the days your out - de-ramping to the back teeth.

As for NEIFF paying up, NEIFF are contractually obliged by law to pay for their share of the mine.

PREM owned 100% of all plant and equipment and this could be sold or removed at any time (if needed)

NEIFF asked GR if they could have extra time in relation to coming to a decision . So we are expecting a update on this anytime soon.

Should NEIFF not have the funds then they will simply need to hand back a percentage of their holding.
It is from this position we would have two options:
- Cash from NEIFF to get everything going and paid for at RHA
- handed back a larger percentage which we could offer up to a JV partner.

To answer you next question why the delays, why no updates, why do slow.

Zimbabwe Government- seems to be a slow and drawn out process for all.

Are the government working in office or at home I cannt inform you either way, could always drop them a call or email.

Should they not hand over funds there are other routes to take but as I am not part of the board I would not speculate or advise this nor would I discuss on a BB, as i am not in a position to do so.

Interesting to note that should we get news and climb towards 0.12 there is a massive gap up to fill so this should move very quickly on any positive news.

Also on the news front that Victoria Falls following a drought is also roaring back in to life following very heavy rains, for those of you wondering why this is significant, Victoria Falls supplies a large amount of electricity to parts of Zambia, Zimbabwe and south-Africa.
The last couple of months due to the worst drought in 100 years has seen electricity rationing and the metering and limitation was was a worry for some investors on the national grid output.

RHA is currently not effected by the Covid-19 as this is in a remote location as such as soon as we get the green light we are good to go.

Personally would love to see a RNS saying that the plant at RNA had been fired up and we are operational for optimization purposes. IMO we should be looking at running through the currently mined under ground ore, the shallow pit ore with the tailing so we are aligned with full optimization.
For me NEIFF are footing the bill for the electricity (so why not), the pant and equipment are at site, so lets neutralize the time we have now until:
A) NEIFF issue the remaining funds they owe us and that have been agreed
B) NEIFF hand over a larger percentage from their holding and we can become more aligned and JV partner with MNH

Either way we will have the optimization percentages to hand and can hit the ground running with RHA Production - GLA

News well over due on a lot of fronts and IMO can come any time !

Another 5m buy highest paid of the day and we are over 15% up GLA finaly some momentum. James Goozee adding in the back ground cannt be long till we see another TR-1 for 8% holding 0.08p get it up there

High of 11p half or a quarter of that will be awesome

Only thing effecting the SP on a daily basis is the MM playing with the Spread, you will know how difficult it is to buy if you try to buy any large volume nightmare trying to get a quote

Why in theory it makes sense, you are right we still need to know the length from the end to the middle, and that could be anyone's guess or interpretation.

However, we should be able to draw on a calculated guess, given that the number of big companies fracking in the US that are going bust I wouldn't expect it to be to long (afterall this is why we are seeing the oil price slump Russia and Saudi want to put these guys out of business), yes we have the Covid-19 Virus effecting big companies and individuals from going in to work, however what it hasn't stopped is work in remote location, those working on camps at site (myself included currently still working away in Iraq- not issues just cannt travel) and those working from home. What I am trying to get at is the world will not stand still. Why the Pawns and minions may feel restricted the knights, bishops, horses and queen all still work to protect their king (the business) a lot still going on IMO behind the scenes.
Doesn't mean because you cannt see it or you dont believe it, it isn't happening, not only this share but a number of shares are sat at very low MC based on their potential, I am very surprised that PIs are not snapping the cheap shares up. Then again a few like to have cash in hand especially when they arent working or in receipt of and income.
I personally think we will see a quick shifts in the markets, it wont be a gradual thing, i believe it will rise faster than it fell.
If your looking for returns from your bank you will wait a life time and still see FA, better in my opinion taking positions in shares that have potential with crazy low MC.
COPL - £2m MC moves quickly on low volume which suggests there isnt a great deal of stock around. Asset next door sold for $700m (£567m on today's exchange) doesn't take much to see the potential.
Some dont like the gamble, some follow the herd, thats why many get spiked. Better to be betting on you hand than trying to win on the river........................ take a position sit back and relax, I am continuing to add at these levels, I know a few more that are too, GLA what ever you choose to do!

To be fair what’s your argument the oil price has tanked, Russia and Saudi won’t keep this up for long, they will kill of the US make the players go bust on the fracking then oil will be back up to $60-70 PB, everyone involved in O&G is struggling and SP in half or quarter of what they where ............ will bounce and sale won’t be on current prices but average and forecasted
