Or would you now agree that them must have found a home, that being the case they aren’t coming and notification must be via a RNS.
In this instance any forward sold shares “see posing history for numbers” 1.4 billion on average Wednesday, Thursday & Friday last week. So the market can't be informed before the shares are issued as you well know so give it till tomorrow or Friday before playing things down, IMO we can expect a RNS.

Shares are forward sold.

Shares hit the market which saturates the SP which causes a drop the shares are bought back at a lower SP to replace those sold that didn’t exist.

Given that the shares only hit the account today the forward sellers don’t know:
A) If shares are going to be flooding the market
B) If shares have went to private investors or institution

I’m guessing the forward sellers will be hoping to see large sell trades that drop the SP (not seeing that are we?)
What they will not want to see is a RNS confirming point “B” if a RNS lands confining this this is when you can expect to see the “short squeeze” as a short squeeze only happens when the forward sold shares need to be bought back from the open market when the volume of shares expected don’t enter trading I.e private hands.

So is this what a short squeeze looks like? No
Short squeeze will happen when shares sold are required to balance the books. A RNS confirming private investors will just publicly highlight this and expose this accelerating things.
The RNS will see every trader under the sun buying prem knowing they will make quick and easy gains.

So all still to come, you will know by the volume when the “short squeeze” happens! GLA

PREM not on it does this highlight that the shares have went to a institute or investors so therefore all forward sold on the open market.
Expecting a few big sells to try and spook PIs into selling to recover their losses.

Just my opinion Aker why would you sell Zulu off without carrying out drilling to price resource and unlock value.
Unless JV is waiting to get in on EPO being awarded.

Why sell Zulu if EPO is granted could be JV partnered with little to not cost to PREM. Plus we have waited 2 years for EPO don’t think selling Zulu is beneficial without EPO.
EPO also unlocks potential gold play in the green belt that runs directly through the middle of the EPO licensing area.
Max are you also aware that the Tantalum Percentage offsets the mining cost of the Lithium?
So we could potentially see costs at next to nothing from out wast product and then gold in the green belt which is still value per Kg is still holding up strongly.
I dont think PIs fully appreciate how big Zulu could be once EPO is granted. Lithium, Tantalum & Gold.
Plus cash funds from Circum could drill current licence area to prove DFS or support grades in licence area in order to increase value to asset if we did want to sell.
Selling as is IMO is just a waist

Max - MM will want shares on the cheap to balance a rather large forward sold placing which they or someone through them has forward sold.
MM have dropped the SP to try and get PIs to sell, they also don’t want to let this go as it’s going to be damage limitation.
Hence they will happily buy all your shares. My guessing is once PIs start buying and the volume jumps up they will need to either hold the SP but mean PIs are buying cheap shares or let it go to encourage the profit takers to sell at a higher price.
IMO is we see a short squeeze and everyone’s holding buys a minimum of 1-2m shares MM are going to have major problems balancing the books at these levels for the flippers.
Interestingly we will find out tomorrow hopefully at 07:12hrs via RNS (my prediction)
Target price next few days for Friday close if I am right with the forward selling is 0.15-0.2 p

No one has mentioned SD. SD according to google still owned 2.84%. It could be associates of his, who knows, who cares.
My interests lies with the SP going north and burning the shorters and forward sellers.

Max positives for the investors and those buying in now is Circum Div underwrites the risk and gives free ride.
What’s to say it’s not someone associated with Circum,? Hearing Q1 for Circum Div, guess we all just need to wait and see.
Further more it also means placing shares that have clearly been forward sold aren’t coming (although this needs confirming Wednesday/Thursday in RNS) so we will see a short squeeze as the flippers look to but back stock.
Another positive if this is correct that a TR-1 for 20% will be massive it also allows the market to see what this investor is doing I.e buying or selling as for every 1% plus or minus needs to be RNSed and TR-1 updated.
Anyway will be nice to see forward sellers get burnt it shouldn’t be allowed and unfortunately does happen maybe once bitten twice shy - GLA

This is my issue here Company keep issuing fluff to get the SP up so they can carry out placing a still a lot of Warrener remaining.

Funny how LSE went down only for PREM. All my other shares I was able to get on to.
MM in a pickle .............. volume looking good will keep taking these blue days and rises until market is informed of placing shares “private investor” is my opinion.
