According to the rns he had acquired a significant interest a month ago. He’s not waiting for someone to sell 12 000 000 shares so he can buy them off him, per your theory

That statement was over a month ago now.

It’s looking like he’s sold since and could be behind that 12 000 000 trade earlier this week

Maybe Story has had a change of heart and decided not to invest.

Likely a ploy by the company to suck retail investors in so they can spend the following weeks dumping the placing stock on their heads.

If this was listed on Nasdaq and in light of the publicity its received, and uniqueness of the product it would have probably ripped to closer 100 million mcap by now.

Unfortunately, it’s listed on crooked LSE where greedy snouts in the trough are just allowed dump their freebie shares into the market day after day at everyone else’s expense.
