It’s confusing there’ve been so many proposed fundraise rns’ I’ve lost track, and the one from last month states 3p placing shares from last year, were admitted last month.

This continues with limiting the buys, yet someone was allowed to buy 750 000 shares after hours last Friday.

Strange, and not crooked at all 🤷‍♂️

What price and when is the placing expected?

I guess placing shares are being dumped already this week, hence price not being able to progress at all here…

Marla needs to be stopped, they’ve added 100 million shares in the past month alone despite apparent market constraints and offer absolutely 0 in way of updates to shareholders

No further update on funding a month later and they think they can just keep diluting. This woman needs removing asap before any further damage can be done.

A year and one week passed since David brown appointment to original investment advisory board (that went well)

He’s since scurried away without a word and shareholder’s have had 2 vague business updates to work with since.

Only thing to go off is all barring 1 of the tr1’s from q4 last year are still holding (as far as we’re aware)
