Takes bid/offer prices this early with a huge pinch of salt.
More than likely the account was hacked and something dodgy sent from it. Given the mass hack on the platform in the news last week (not the first one either) it's not really a surprise the are reacting immediately to anything even slightly suspicious:

I think they changed their name the other way a year or so ago:

Entek looks to change name to XCD Energy, begins new chapter
this is a canard of theoretical economics - central banks have been churning out money for over a decade and inflation has been as dead as a dodo - economic theories of the past aren't capable of modelling modern scenarios
UJO have a portfolio containing multiple assets with lots of potential. Check the RNS section for more details and progress on these. WN happens to be the one in focus at present but people are likely buying for more than just this.
Tinger, an offer could be "all cash", "cash plus shares", "all shares" or some bizarre exchange of cash, assets and other things their advisors can think of. The BoD may decided to accept or ask shareholders if deal is acceptable via a vote. So many permutations at present let's just hope we get to that stage to see what is on offer!

"Meanwhile, there remains significant opportunity and value at Project Icewine.
Despite a negative market overreaction to early results in April 2020, which were released amid ‘peak fear’ from COVID-19 and a freakishly low oil price, further investigations from the Charlie-1 well at Project Icewine have been promising"
Just watched it. Lots of positives, 2 shallow wells, no ice road to build and a location between two major finds must make Peregrine highly attractive for a farm out. Bargain on a risk/reward basis. Promising news on other plays also. Happy (well happier) days. Might pour myself a wee talisker nightcap.
