One likely scenario is this agreement was worked on for months and finally signed just before the RNS was released. Normal practice. Assuming any party could withdraw at anytime maybe Dave has seen enough, even without all FF removed, to be confident on IW2 to sign the agreement with the other parties?

Co0pz - I agree and as I posted earlier, spending cash on this venture instead of setting aside more to prove up the biggest prize the unconventional shows confidence IW2 will flow and flow well.
