Everything I'm seeing so far suggests to me a deal has either been done or is abut to be done on the sale of the whole thing.

*No offtake agreements or details on buyers interest - Check
*Large samples being sent to a customer for testing - Check

Just having a lunchtime tea, the Mrs has read the tea leaves and she tells me an RNS is due out tomorrow morning with some "interesting news"........not sure what that is though?

I knew about EMH 5 years ago, I've been on a rollercoaster with it so far and kept the faith, only just back into profit!! Happy to hold out for a good while longer as I know the fundamentals are right.

I can see tis RNS as the piece of key news we've been waiting for 0.5p y the close of today I reckon, bearing in mind we were at 0.4p a few weeks ago with no news.

TESLA are big fan of vertical integration, they wont just want a off-take agreement they will want either a controlling interest in Geomet or they will just buy the whole company! Elon already has experience in his portfolio in underground tunnelling through his HyperLoop project. He's rich enough and brave enough to just come in and buy our stake in Geomet off us outright!

The UK afternoon is when all of those US based investors wake up. Looking at the times of trades, I suspect those based in California and Nevada are those responsible for our SP increase, I wonder where there monthly pay check comes from and which companies are based in those areas??

The effect is spread-out through the afternoon due to the timzones across the US, us brits all tend to wake up at pretty much the same time as we are all in the same timezone so the effect is much more concentrated.

Sorry UK time, UK afternoons are USA morning so usually sees the biggest influx of US buys in the UK afternoon, whereas UK buys tend to happen more in the UK morning.
