"Something smells and it ain't me"
🤣🤣
Doing well, soaked up a 24.11k sell at 13:45 or so.
"We have been lounging at low SP values for years! "
Stuck in the 1.10 - 1.30 range since SO and the Serenity wheel spin.
Nice to see uplift..think I have just seen 1.50+ on google financial :-)
Izstar...hope you are keeping a few.
AJ Bell just hit, vote them down, the first line should be the driver of your reasoning.
"The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company has considered its financial position and concluded that
it is insolvent"
All that ink is worth nothing, the IP..nothing..and so on..go for them.

might come in useful to have handy resources available from media interviews, etc where bol*ocks was spoken.
except of course, the media the company has removed from social media platforms

Very own Mr Gray on Finncap page....address which is: FinnCap, 1 Bartholomew Cl, London EC1A 7BL
Our General Meeting is being held at...yip you guessed it
1 Bartholomew Close,
London, EC1A 7BL
"The Board has resolved that a general meeting of the Members of the Company be convened ("General Meeting"), to be held on a hybrid basis via an online platform and in person at FinnCap, 1 Bartholomew Cl, London EC1A 7BL"
Interesting top line from Mr Gray's linkedin page.
"Specialist in acting for vendors of private companies and preparing companies for sale."
Whole spiel
"Specialist in acting for vendors of private companies and preparing companies for sale. finnCap Cavendish is part of Oaklins, the world's leading Mid Market M&A advisory firm, which sources buyers for our clients on a world-wide basis. First positive signs since before Serenity. Share price has moved from that range it was stuck in for months under SO.
"I have no hesitation, therefore, in voting against the resolutions"
But will Cave? I think his vote on this will help indicated on whether this is the CEO going down this route, or the entire board.
Am I reading this right, that if Duffers take the court route, he will need at least 75% of shareholders vote to get it through?
"75% (by value of shares) of shareholders agree that the court can wind up the company"
Makes you wonder what has happened behind the scenes, has Cave been shafted again by a businessman.
interesting the GBNano Ltd and the Banbury Co link at Companies House, which as reported on here
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13987504/filing-history
Why is Duffers the only one in this company history, whose original name was GBNano Ltd on the 18th March 2022, but changed the name to Banbury Co Ltd on the 5th July 2022.
The GB Nano Ltd which is related to Nanosynth had its name change on the 6th July 2022.
" Company name changed nanosynth (medical) LIMITED\certificate issued on 05/07/22 "
Head scratcher! Why would Duffer use a similar/near identical name connected to his original company to a business he just became CEO of?
"The BOD want this to go under."
This is certainly coming across. The cold worded RNS releases, the lack of transparency and the non-appearance of our CEO to fight for the company tooth and nail.
You think he would be getting interviewed left, right and centre, saying he will do everything in his power to save the company. Why isn't he? He is acting meekly and cowardly.
The question is why are they so kean to liquidate the company.

One thing that always puzzles me about Duffer, why has he always used that photo from 2015.
Which so called business person, joins a company and uses a photo nearly 8 years old.
"How Nottingham Trent have not stepped in here and suspended Gareth Cave is a huge mystery, he is potentially going to be facing fraud charges."
The thing with Cave is, he didn't sell any shares according to RNS releases and share numbers on the main page.
Main thing he is responsible for is being so gullible , firstly with TB, and then stupid enough to appoint Duffer. You could maybe also add, using shareholders money as the cash cow for uni projects, etc. Am being kind here :-)
" have an email from the nominated advisor stating the company was not bankrupt"
Can you not copy/paste the meat of this email here? Take out the names, etc
"Effectively firing then chief executive officer (CEO) Mark Duffin, after nearly six years in the top job"
Did anybody find out, why Duffer was sacked/put on gardening leave, just incase there is synergy with Nanosynth?
Totally agree, make Duffin squirm, he was the captain of the sinking ship.
He business career should be finished with his 'non-ability' to turn companies around, in fact make them worse.

See the A**holes updated the statment on 24th March 2023, couple of weeks before THAT financial position RNS of 6th April 2023.
Looks like a statement which is trying to cover all bases.
Thes will make your laugh or cry
"The Company has close ongoing relationships with its private shareholders"
"The Company will continue to seek to grow organically both Pharm 2 Farm Ltd and Virosynth Ltd and will seek out further complementary acquisitions that create enhanced value. "
etc
Looking at it as a whole, reads like a statement which is ideal for the position the company now is in. Bases covered!!
Edit : not give the go-ahead
