resignations. Been like this for years.

There has been no contracts for years, and its frequently in suspension. The one time suspension might have been positive was when the name change came round...but that was just a ruse..it once again slipped into slumber mode.

Honestly don't think the BOD, do one days work...

There was a takeover bid a few years ago, pity it didn't happend, as the present CEO and his mates are doing nothing.
