They stated (today's RNS)
"Further to the Company's announcement dated 15 January 2021, negotiations with parties for securing funds to commence the Georgia litigation process are still in progress. However, progress in respect of the arbitration claim is taking longer than originally anticipated due to the disruption resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. The Company continues to be advised by Enyo Law LLP in relation to this process."

This is apparently in tandem with Strait Oil and Gas as below

So, according to the RNS, we are going to have an arbitration claim (yeah..right) with the backing (as reported in RNS dated 14th Jan 2021 ) of Strait Oil & Gas. A company which had been dissolved prior to the RNS dated 14th Jan..in fact Dec 2020.

This is on top of that court case, the company had no idea of, and had to pay damages, which was talked about on this board a while ago.

No wonder, the major shareholders want rid of the CEO and his chums, was a shambles before he led the ship, but he has made it worse..if that ever was possible.

That's what it is, when new shares come onboard, more in circulation.
Am a LTH who has been in this share for a long time, was nearing my average after years of the share being 1.5* or under for so long and frankly got the rug pulled under my feet.

Then when we do have a nice income stream coming in with wressle and which raises the share price along with what is happening in the world, wham bam...a placing occurs..at a stupid rate.

Sorry for rant..but am narked as you can tell.

That would normally be my thought aswell, but it was obvious that the rise of the share price was due to the incoming placing ie mates rates. My thoughts now is that it is a leaky share, which has now just about lost my confidence in the company.

Must admit he has truly shafted the LTHers, especially those who were near their strike/average price.

Oil price could hit over 200, but we will still have to churn through them new shares coming onboard.

Now we know why EOG tweeted his picture.....for LTHers to print off and wipe backside on/put on a dartboard. Take your pick.

We could have been sitting on a nice little easter egg here with the Wressle income, but Oddie couldn't wait to get his hands on it.

The leak for the past 2 days also, I thought this was a tightly lipped company, but obviously not.

We should be swimming in money with the wressle income coming in..but they do a placing for 1.80p.

Bit peeved that it looks like with yesterday's drop and today's news that it could be a leaky share.

There is only one TuBerculosis, and he would have released the 2nd RNS well after the bell.

Someone on friday also bought £4,992 of shares.

Must have gonads of steel or daft..not sure of which.
