It is the EOG way, any positive news from partners, or some media by the company and the share price goes down.
LTHers were warning newbies, who jumped onboard with Serenity, what the company was like, and that is why many were hopping about the placement shares.
The reality is, that the countless dilutions over the years have caught up with EOG, thus resulting in a negative share price, when the norm would be the opposite.
Am not even convinced this is going to move just prior/after spud, as in the past few years, oil/gas shares (especially UK) have had muted responses to this. They use to go ballastic in the fracking hype years.
You would think with what they have got, you could be bullish, any other management and you would, but it seems the market just dosen't trust them.
