frodo1976, if you sell all your shares today you could help the price go down and buy back in cheaper later
Looks like there must be an aggregated sell going through. Possibly somebody just good with the timings again?
willec, agree, BP would love to get their hands on our fields, and when they do, boooom.
personally, i wouldnt want to be out of ceg when we get bought out by BP.
Placing to follow. Can't see it being below 0.4p.
adrian, i for one wouldn't want to be out bpc this weekend when we have a rns on monday with 2500bbpd.
- you can have that one for free, no charge.
You don't need me to provide laffs, you have bonum and his alterego for that.
My main role in the past has been to pump the share, as well as provide a few laffs on the way. And I like tho this that I served many of you - and me of course - well in that over the past years. And for sure, once the placing is in, so I can buy cheaper, I'm been pumping again.
You never know, you might find yourself ticking up my posts :-)
Catch ya later.
bonum, that's another laff - from the man who has more posts on these boards than anyone, and who has been telling to buy buy buy this company all the way down from 7p, and who's every other post promises this it will the last of the day.
And there's very little that's sincere about you.
bonum/petrodollar, thanks for the brilliant laff. Are you in fact star, or do you really come as pair?
Btw, love the tactic, btw, on 'negative' posts - if one points out that the pair of you constantly peddle tripe, we're dreamers, and if we don't we're bought in.
Game of attrition eh?
But keep the laughs coming.
“ After each exploration duster (assuming none had been successful to-date), the SP would likely collapse in a knee jerk reaction as now, and then increase back to base value.” -- Another opportunity to pop at others who pose a counterview, and to smooth worried brows about the collapse of the share price, still no analysis.
and so it goes on until we get to the best bit
“if ex-CERP is successful and all its ducks line up in a row, a potential market cap of £250-300m is possible.” -- If we sprinkle some fairy dust on the LGO assets (value prior to cerp at $15m) plus the apples Koot added on, we have every chance of increasing the fair price value of this company by 1000%.
Either you can’t see through the Emperor clothes, or you don’t want to.
Respectfully, I cannot agree in4cedros. The posts never address any of the core fundamentals. Let's look at today’s' post.
“If ex-CERP assets can reach 2500/b per day generating $15m/yr net profit, this cash can be used to develop ex-CERP assets further or to buy-out small T+T independent producers. Alternatively, every 2 years the cash can be used to SELF-FUND (without CLNs or similar) frontier exploration wells Percy-2, Uruguay-1, Percy-3, Uruguay-2, Other-1. So using simple figures these wells can be self-funded every 2 years for +/$30m. Assumption: PoO remains constant at $50.”
-- So, first we have a proposed scenario, that the cerps assets can reach 2500 bpd day. Wow, stop there. Where is the money to develop these assets?
Then, another scenario, that instead the cash can be used to self-fund frontier wells. Sorry, what cash?
But in addition, if you don’t put cash – again what cash – into developing the cerp assets, and so in fact they still struggle to produce even 500bbpd, how can you use that money to instead for frontier play? It’s a classic star Non-sequitur. And no discussion around the company cash position – which we all know won’t be known until the market is updated.
“Oil industry (Q4 2019) price-to-earnings ratios are around 17x (source https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/012015/what-average-pricetoearnings-ratio-oil-gas-drilling-sector.asp) . However in the above scenario BPC would never make a profit or pay a dividend until a mega spud bore fruit. As such its SP would be based on potential future value rather than P/R ratios.”
-- Do you understand the relevance of discussing dividends, coz I don’t! How this tells us anything about the company’s position and worth? Sorry, bunch of nothing but it does play nicely into some hazy, fuzzy projection of bpc as having a ****load of npv lined up.
Then we simply move onto some sentiment plays
“If at any point, a farm-in materialised, the SP should soar” -- Amazing analysis.
“Leading up to every spud, knowing a sudden CLN would never materialise, the SP would increase.”
-- And back round we go again, into a land where we apparently already have the funding and cash not use a CLN, when the company have told us in their last RNS that they are in discussion with the Subscriber, and will update us in due course.
“After the 1st successful spud out of 5, if commercial quantities of oil were discovered, the SP would surge.”
-- If this, if that, if we hand the funding and cash, but let’s not talk about that.
No problem with star being optimistic, just that he rarely provides any analysis of merit, just a bunch of words, not analysis, wrapped up in gentleman's civility with well-aimed shots at those who ask the questions for which he has no answer.
Those that ramp will always tick up, those in fear of losses will always tick up, and those that are new to both lgo/cerps/bpc and to the 'aim game' will tick because they have no idea.
There are some good, positive posters but they only infrequently post, leaving a vacuum for the call and response from starchild and bonum (that's petrodollar for you newbies).
Zephyr are not a new company, just another rebranding for the AIM casino, just as logo was rebranded cerps.

I haven't seen any posts that gloat? That's another strawman, of which there's plenty here.
I think we all have rossannan. Star and Petrodollar post nothing useful, just words and ridiculous claims.
