Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The remaining gold will bring in approx £220m in cash after the debt has been cleared.
Then we have Malilibeg South: Immediately south of the Runruno gold deposit, Malilibeg South Inferred Resource of 7.55 Mt @ 1.40 g/t Au & 0.12 % Mo for 0.34 Moz Au and 19.98 Mlb Mo was certified in 2013. Mineralisation is open to extension particularly towards the south. Additional high-grade blocks amenable to underground mining could be the catalyst for this deposit to take-off and thus extend the Runruno life-of-mine.
This equates to approx 450k oz's of additional gold.
Absolutely nothing new revealed in this RNS but the same idiotic, end of the world posts arriving proving that the posters can neither read nor comprehend the written words in front of them.
Sad really.
Here in the real world, the major shareholders have been here for many years and have been unsuccessful in trying to buy the remaining shares and drive through a debt for equity swap deal.
Why do you think they were unsuccessful?
The two major shareholders couldn't even get the debt for equity swap that they wanted because the board said no!!
I wonder why they didn't just click their fingers back then? That seems to be the magical type of power that you're suggesting they have here.
Bunker - It's just a pump and dump.
Nothing to see here.
Move along.
From the company website - "Malilibeg South: Immediately south of the Runruno gold deposit, Malilibeg South Inferred Resource of 7.55 Mt @ 1.40 g/t Au & 0.12 % Mo for 0.34 Moz Au and 19.98 Mlb Mo was certified in 2013. He's worried about a $3.6m drop in cash which is about a week's revenue.
Unbelievable.
Yes Lee, they are smashing their own predictions and have already paid more off the debt than they allocated for in the annual accounts.
Within the next 10 weeks the interest rate will be 7%.
RonnieH - As the company has stated in their previous RNS's, they expect the paperwork to transfer the Mezzanine debt from unsecured to secured in Q3 2023.
That would be some time in the next 10 weeks.
Then the interest rate becomes 7%.
That rate may be applied retrospectively to November 2022 when the Senior debt was practically repaid.
Cash holdings $0.6m at Sept 30th 2022 and net debt of $92.4m.
Here we are, 9 months later, with increased cash holdings and net debt at only $48.3m.
The recovery for Q2 is expected to be around 94%.
Don't get carried away just yet. Production figures will probably be halved for H2 as the high grade ore will have been mined in Q2 and the remaining ore grade is much lower.
Overall production for 2023 is expected to be at the upper end of the guidance figures of around 72k oz's.
Expecting approx 24k oz of gold produced for Q2 with a $13.m debt repayment.
I was replying to Leo's post.
Ronnie's motive is he is a troll and wants attention.
Why have you assumed that anyone thinks he needs to own a share to post on a public share forum?
RonnieH has posted neither a factual or accurate post with respect to MTL. Clearly a troll.
Grocer - The considerable MTL land package is mostly inaccessible due to the nature of the local terrain and will not be explored any time soon.
The ore body that is currently being mined has additional exploration drilling planned to prove further resources.
ID78 - Why did you avoid mentioning the probable resourse estimate of 0.5m oz which was listed a little deeper in the RNS?
ID78 - Do you know how many oz's of gold are remaining? If you do know it's because you have read the RNS releases that have indicated the amount of gold that is remaining which has been deduced from previous exploration results.
If you don't know then I suggest you read the RNS releases.
Tygra - Didn't you promise to not post here until the "cash raise" RNS? How silly do you look now?
There's the door. Close it behind you on the way out.
I'd almost forgotten about this clown lol.
