Observations and questions4 Dec 2025 16:29
All, I've read the document below the RNS and the RNS and I'm beyond devastated. There must be a good case against the previous management , not least the auditors themselves?
Reading the RNS am I right in assuming that Harwood, if this goes through, will have over 90% of the company and that as they are exercising share options at 0.1p then that's likely to be the traded value of the share if we don't sell in the near term. One other question / observation - if Harwood think its worth rescuing and with the paultry value we would get if we sold our shares, is it not worth hanging on and not selling and being a private shareholder? My thought is that Harwood would want to make this work and sell it on for a much better price for then and us in the medium/ longer term. Appreciate the significant share dilution if this does get approved. Thoughts would be appreciated as I don't have the experience that many in this group clear do and want to make the right decision and salvage an nightmare situation. Thanks
