Yeah sorry misread it... Looks like the original NT-3 site will be the location of the new site HQ for all the wells, however my original point still stands for NT-1 and CH-1, ie. that those additional wells will join NT-2 in production not too long after first gas...

- January to Q3 of the same year is impressively quick for building and commissioning a gas pipeline, even a relatively short one!

- They only need to get NT2 online to get that all-important first revenue stream, but sounds like they'll have at least 3 other wells (NT-1, CH-1 and NT-3) joining it in relatively short order after first gas...

- $50m will get a significant amount of construction done in Tanzania!

- It will be in the Tanzanian government's own interests to get this project generating revenue ASAP to help calm things politically following the elections...

Well put P26 - that's exactly how I read it too!

This RNS (unlike many I see from other organisations) is providing us LTHs with VERY specific information regarding planned dates/timelines/costs through to monetisation, with the magic date - ie. that for forecast first revenues - being specifically now stated as Sept 2026.

Under these circumstances I can take < 6% dilution, with ALL costs INCLUDING Eclipse's loan conversion/interest costs now apparently covered through to first revenues...

Perhaps the question could be re-applied to the condensate volumes they're currently forecasting...?

Additionally will the CO2, presumably separated at the well head, require its own pipeline? Just asking out of interest...

For all those concerned about the absence of the licence, it would be a bit odd for the Tanzanian government to confirm they're shelling out millions on a 35km pipeline to the very place the licence is required for commencement of gas extraction, only to then not issue the licence! We all just need a bit of patience here, and allow it time to make its way through whatever bureaucratic processes are involved in their system...

Just done a (very!) rough calculation using a latest $ retail price I've just found online of 63.05 cents per therm for LNG:

16.38Tcf, if my calculations are correct, appears to equate to approx. $102 billion... !! (Usual disclaimers apply... :-) )

Hi cperkin - SCIR's website states they still hold 1.59% of HE1 (not 1.2% - my mistake). I know they used to hold over 4% and have sold a few, but I don't recall seeing any statement confirming they had sold their entire holding... (though I may have missed it!)
