Despite all the so called positives the price keeps going down. Another bad investment on my part !

Sadly I am in a similar position.

thought that this was going to be a good investment with the Tempus deal. Swore i would not average down. Still have done so.

In light of the prevailing challenging market conditions, Apax confirms that it does not intend to make an offer for the Company. Accordingly, Apax and any person acting in concert with it, except with the consent of the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Panel"), is bound by the restrictions under Rule 2.8 of the Code.

Apologies it is difficult to say when the Company will be dissolved however all shareholders will be notified once the final meeting has been called.

Company is still insolvent, and the Joint Liquidators do not anticipate a return to shareholders.

Sept 24th announcement !

Are people being a bit premature, we are still waiting for the implications of the Tempus deal.

October announcement :

"The Company would like to clarify that the forward revenue guidance provided does not include full consideration of the implications of its recently announced collaboration with Tempus AI, Inc. ("Tempus"). As it is too early to predict revenue contributions from this new relationship with Tempus, the Company expects to provide shareholders with updates in due course."
