One doubt - I could be wrong!
Is it the falling SP favours NMC founder to buy/takeover NMC at cheap price.. wonder if he is paying a part in the falling SP.
Margin call is on now... chickens are coming home...
If the financial figures are correct thn the company looks very interesting to invest.
NMC loosing investor's confident now! Either way, we should have final accounts soon so would be interesting if company comes clean or prove MW were wrong! If directors are selling you may guess why!
@Lyndhurst1973 - All the best :)
Keep in mind that JPM can hedge with various instrument. Be cautious...
@Lyndhurst1973 - I don't know I will be wrong or right.
Just looked at financial - Goodwill is alarming, if company buys underperforming assets why are they paying goodwill.
Second thing to note - Revenue has grown by 375% since 2016, worth noting cash generation in the net cash in cash-flow.
I am not impressed. Goodwill sits at 218m in 2019!
ORCP is a hot coal!
@Mookster - just FYI company is trying to finance the project for 10 years... in this process already changed the company name once... king/shaike is known as dump an pump..
@dogger69 - take your own call... learn from mistakes... Good luck
@dogger69 - learn from the mistake. easy to say for me! Difficulty to execute.
Only worrying thing here for the company is what is hidden inside the goodwill!
When you say shorter dumping last batch, do you mean they are holding the shares for over couple of years and now dumping their own shares? Doesn't make any sense and no logic there.
I don't have any problem with the company fundamentals looks strong but I don't like their goodwill stuff. Basically, this company is over trading and unable to finance their big buys....
@mafioso - are you on twitter?
@mafioso - brilliant summary.

I dont see if ROCK hit 2.3p today! White lie.... However, it is trading at 1.940p now!
ManFrom - dont belive know one!
@mrcarrick I hope you are not new to AIM investing! I heard that Warren Buffet average return on the investment is somewhere around 18-20%. Here the return is promised in 1000% so be cautious. Hope you know bit about mining too! By no mean I am asking you to sell or buy shares. You are in control to hit the buy/sell button. Investing is all about how much risk/reward you may afford/get. All the best :)
