Articdtiver they currently have debts of approx 1 million in the shape of a loan , the warrants are exercised in different stages aswell so very little considering the asset value in shares held in certain companies are approx 14 million plus with other investments coming to fruition they can only add to the value of mindflair so yes I would invest at this low price as atm the nav is approx 4p so look at the difference atm

Lots to look forward to here am adding again next month when funds available this as it stands is probably 1.5p below value imho
