Any reason for this tanking despite other Russian related stocks bouncing today?
Interesting share this. Price of gold is flying. Despite the links with Russia I think this looks a nice opportunity to buy
Can’t get a quote on hl all morning, anybody else experiencing issues?
They need FCA approval. How can we help redress customers with profits without being able to relend. Craziness from FCA, everybody loses if they carry this rhetoric on
“ I have also accepted the FCA’s submission that the court’s refusal to sanction the Scheme will probably not lead to the imminent insolvency of the Group; there is no evidence of any immediate (or even medium-term) liquidity crunch, and the directors will doubtless wish, if possible, to preserve the value of the enterprise for its various stakeholders. The FCA expects the directors to continue to explore and promote a restructuring which fairly allocates the benefits and losses among the various”
The judge literally said he cannot see any evidence why there is any cash flow problems in the short/medium term.
Called amigos bluff, absolutely
Insolvency, no chance imo
Surely can be no leak on verdict as this is direct from the judge.
Is this just a correction, or have amigo and FCA agreed to something behind the scenes?
Coin flip after 95% voters agreed to it, I’ve heard it all lol
Agreed pupper, We knew they were going to oppose after the first hearing. The only new news is the vote is 95% in favour and we’re down 17%. Perfect time for a top up
One question I’m asking myself, why would the judge consider changing the terms if 95.1% of voters have already agreed to existing terms?
The timing of FCA letter, after voting has closed is baffling me
Great news for amigo in terms of voting, I think everybody expected slight tweaks in redress. “FCA believes it isn’t fair in its current form” reads as if they are after a few tweaks rather than trying to take down the scheme
“ This is the first step in executing Valereum's strategic plan to build its cryptocurrency mining and related business operations. Our consultants Kyudoka are working closely with the Company to add more computational processing and power to our assets in the coming weeks."
They even say it’s the first step. It clearly shows the positive direction the business is going in. Expect more RNS to follow in coming weeks. This will do very well I predict

Why they’re doing cash for equity??
“ while the FCA does not support the Scheme, it is not currently proposing to take any additional regulatory action that might stop the Scheme were it to be agreed by the Scheme creditors and sanctioned by the Court”
25% drop on an extension to an investigation that was already ongoing. Will bounce back to 13 today I guess
Going to be a long messy problem for all involved now, don’t think there’s any point selling shares. Could this be the last and final power move to get an agreement sorted, wishful thinking maybe
