Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Just reflecting on the latest fantastic news from Total's Brulpadda discovery this week..(connected to our SA licence).. Just thinking on how far we could go - providing the 'share volume' remains static (e.g. no more extra shares).
Currently our Market Capitalisation (MC) is £4,968,750 (circa £5m) - based on today's SP of 0.00375.
Now then 'hypothetically' on the 'potential sale' (hopefully the intended route for TRP) of our SA Prospect. I will give a 'fag packet' projection of potential MC/SP....but please DYOR and please comment otherwise..no offense taken.. :)
Sale of our SA licence:
MC: £100M = 0.075
MC: £200M = 0.150
MC: £300M = 0.226
MC: £400M = 0.301
Now then more realistically..
MC: £500M = 0.377
MC: £600M = 0.452
MC: £700M = 0.528
MC: £800M = 0.603
Lol...Don't know about anyone else, regardless what 'sale or JV deal' he is working on (e.g. 20% - 80% ?)...I think I'd settle for a MC of £100M.. ;)
Please give some feedback... Lol...with COVID etc... it's getting pretty boring and lonely 'talking to myself'...
Try and have a great weekend folks :)

RNS logged or a leak of impending News?? Relatively good volume..considering the last few weeks or so...
Quite a few decent 'buys' today.. Possible news forthcoming?...a sale of '3D survey' and South Africa prospect would be fantastic...
Anyone want to put a value on the SA acreage??.

Regarding the value of 'Royal Gold'.... which the USA/Worldwide Markets/Private Investors will be going crazy, to get their hands on this exclusive gold...(let alone their wife's/partners fingers)..
Not trumpeting (the other UK gold miner, but...)
https://sheilafleet.com/pages/scottish-gold check out this authenticity section on their website (same company as the Clogau-St David's Gold Mine)

For more in-depth info on our Namibia and South Africa prospects.. check out the BB's of GBP, CHAR & ECO.. All with interests in Totals Namibian 'Venus-1 - multi-billion prospect'.
Some saying a 250 bagger for GBP..? ('IF' and it's a big 'if'.. they have the funds to hold on to their licence)...
Hmmm... TRP's SA licence 'sale' could pay for the lot...lol. ;)
Maybe...just maybe.. this is why we haven't heard nor received an update from JA...
(I'm now giving him the benefit of my doubt.. lol...)
ATB
Great update, thanks Rude..
They certainly wouldn't be progressing with the prospect (spending money) if the 'bulk' results were poor... I believe ALBA have been informed by the processing plant of the samples 'bonanza' grades! .. Good news indeed in these gloomy times... ;)
ATB
Sorry, has anyone emailed TRP for an update on JA ? .... Just concerned that he may indeed have Covid??
BTW, 'IF' we could get say 'middle ground' $650M for the sale of the SA licence.... What would you guys think that would reflect on the current MC/SP??
ATB
BTW, no offense to the 'Irish Rangers' terrific bunch of guys... Good humour etc... Won't say which vessel-s I was on, in the delta....
But such a laugh when the 'goons' entered our '500m exclusion zone'...lol... #saynomore,..
If you're reading this... Take care guys ;) much appreciated.....what a hoot.,...??

Sorry, forgot to mention a Dive Support Vessel (DSV) with crew and also 'pirate' security vessels and crews (Generally Nigerian) which would add an additional cost (DSV + $100-150K p/d for the vessel + additional crew costs, also Nigerian Security vessel/s and crews..??k p/d) - then UK/EU 'Private Security' onboard the UK/EU vessels..(usually ex-SBS-SAS/Irish Rangers... Lol..., I know (I work there) and we need these guys ;)..no $h;t ...say no more.. ;)

Ok, I'm a Subsea Engineer, not an economist.. but I recon at the very least $400kp/d for a 'deep water' drill ship...90 day campaign = $32M + transit costs/3rd party drilling crew + equipment, tree-stump, wellhead, BOP, drill pipe/casing (with all the good stuff), then Well-Test (Baker/Shlum with hire equipment circa e.g. $200k p/d + operators) it starts to get very expensive.. let alone 'tie-ins' (X-Tree/PLEMS..etc..).
So, IMO, it would cost TRP several $100M to even think about production from Namibia... Although Cameroon can be easily achievable, with production income Cameroon this could support Namibia campaign.
This is my point of view... Others will most probably have their point of view... All welcome if you care to post..no offense taken.. :)

Hey Bishop, I've been trying to post a reply (all day) to my own post.
Ok, I'm 'trying' to put a more positive spin on my last post...how much do we think TRP could raise from the 'Sale' of the SA Licence? Conservatively $500 - $800M?? (Assuming TRP owns 100% of said licence ?).
If this is the case, I believe the funds received would cover the (deep water) Namibian prospect....and of course the Cameroon ('play-pond') campaign -with possibly enough leftover for 'subsea infrastructure' e.g. tie-ins into existing subsea PLEM's/ Onshore Transition Pipelines etc..bla bla bla... but also importantly, having enough leftover to 'clear' TRP's loans/debt... All this without the 'twitchy' OilLR deal..
So, C'mon JA... Give us an update... Can't you see your credibility and TRP's MC is on a downhill spiral...and PI's are deserting in troves..?
ATB (if you're suffering from COVID..)
Don't think a 'Take Over' is on the cards, but I think a 'Sell Off' of our SA prospects might be (or a 80/20 JV perhaps?).
TRP just wouldn't have the funds to drill and exploit the 'potential' (deep water) reserves.
Even so, where would we get the 20% funding from?? The only option I can see is to start drilling and producing from Cameroon.. but that's looking increasing unlikely, at least not in the 'near-term' as we still haven't secured funding for this campaign either.
If JA does 'Sell Off' 100% the SA interests at least we could have funding for the Cameroon & Namibian plays...?
All conjecture I know..as JA isn't updating us on anything at the moment... Maybe he is on a ventilator with COVID? :o
ATB
But when?... Ok well have fantastic results on a play (many 100km's from our SA prospects)
Do we now have to wait for Total to drill their Namibian well? (Again many K's from our prospects...) Or is JA awaiting CHAR or GBP to drill their wells??
If so, I fear WE (PI/shareholders) will be in for a long long...wait.
As mentioned before JA needs to get his arse in gear, to capitalise on the recent SA news... And get the 'gawd damn' Cameroon ops going..FFS.
