"What percentage of the total valuation does each division have?"
Nutrition and Beauty currently carry all the weight roughly 50:50 as Ingenuity has no valuation by the city at present.
The system is currently broken, however when the re rate comes over the next 2 years+ it will be spectacular.
That is unless we are "robbed" with a buyout of some form.
OSG looks like all yesterday's sells getting bought back up. The rise from such small volume shows why it rocketed when some THG holders bought on the announcement if their investment here.
When they invest elsewhere it will most likely fly again.
Seriously, the busiest board on LSE just suddenly becomes quiet?!?!
Surely this shows how manipulated this was.
We have the likes of Monimoron rock up every now and then and others saying stuff that makes no sense, but surely a very good sign that the manipulation has gone.
I'm surprised there hasn't been more smaller buys from newer directors, they can see the big things in the pipeline.
We could definitely use some more buys now, It would be interesting to see how differently it reacts these days.
The last 4 post are me. So what i say must be true. Ooh ooh oooooohhh! Pay me attention!
There was a reason he was known as monimoron on other boards, yes this is a great share, just please don't pay him much attention.
I love the share, but let's just wait to see what the do with their 3m.
Although the chart looks drastic today, it's actually in quite a tight range.
Hopefully a buy order comes in that drives pricing upwards.
Strange comments being made lately, the FUD is definitely a little more subtle these days.
Only 40 comments again in a full trading day.
Negativity all but vanished, only Rock8 occasionally commenting some drivel which no-one seems to biting at.
I think this highlights just how many of the fud crowd were likely on multiple accounts. Arguing with themselves and amongst each other all day, 100's of comments daily.
I think this really does show that the turns have tabled.
Of course I'm going to run with it. It would make me a boat load of money! 😂 I hold KLSO and THG I don't really care either way, however if something is reverse takeovers into KLSO I will make a boat load, so of course I would prefer that option. It's a slim possibility but one none the less.
Hi all,
Short of something being spun off into KLSO, I would much rather see a 10-20% sale of a division to someone, such a coca Cola investing into Nutrition than an outright MBO/PE sale.
We keep our shares, value is unlocked in that THG get a cash influx, possibly a small special div? And also a valuation being placed on a division.
Perhaps 20% of Nutrition sold at £500 million. Showing the city a huge GLOBAL FMCG values that division @ £2.5bn for example
Does anyone see something like this as a possibility?
Would that aid a re-rate having that figure set in stone?
(These are purely fresh air figures for a visual example to aid the point for discussion)
I can't tell if this is a joke or not?
Are you a short subtly trying to say it's going back down?
I don't get it at all.
You just watched it go up and not once bought?
If you're legit then you better average down quick.
Just on the mortgage free malarkey.
Surely none of you are actually going to use a vast lump of cash to pay off a mortgage? Overpay your 10% sure, but 100s of thousands can quite reasonably be million+ by the end of your mortgage. That's real life changing cash.
See if you can pay your mortgage more frequently than monthly, bi weekly to reduce interest payments too.
When THG comes good I'm stopping putting any cash in the ISA and actually living a little rather than ploughing into it. And using the ISA funds to trade some and invest in others. Hoping for a decent yearly return to work towards the early retirement. Same in the SIPP.
Just my 2p on it based on my plan. But I'm also on a 10 year 1.6% mortgage sub £100k so maybe it's different.
I sort of feel like that trade was negotiated_arranged direct trade of 2.5m shares. Seemed to not affect the sp at all. Very odd for such a big chunk.
I'm sure 1 is a buy. Not 2 sells.
