he's averaging 5 posts a day since becoming a member for the duration of the last 11 years....that's some ****** right there that is - not irony...verbal diarrhoea me thinks.

What absolute Tosh! CHAR has been on AIM since 2008 and is still here!! Nuff said....survived the 2008 global property crash/brent oil going negative/a pandemic.......so yes it's not found the elephant yet that it keep looking for but cudos for staying on the path....i've lost money on this and other shares due to fraud/geopolitics/etc out of my control but think my small re-investment here might be worth the punt again....lets agree to disagree.

Made me laugh that did - I bought in at 30p yrs back after it fell from £3 thinking it couldn't lose much more value, only to have to sell at 9p eventually. not sure why i have bought back in but at sub 2p it seemed too good to be true - lets see it prove me wrong again :):)

I rang them today and got through to an automated system - pointless, so believe that emailing them is useless also.
still they are contactable - you just need to know where to look. the answers are out there.

yes I get that but it would say a lot about the company if they would be prepared to block all emails from the shareholders.
simply then we up the ante and call the phone lines daily instead and before you say it yes i realize they can block phone numbers too . it's about registering enough momentum to get communication that's all.

If someone could compile a sensible email from the shareholders asking just the basics from the company that we can all agree to send. Then we all copy and paste the message and send to their company email every single day once a day until they respond perhaps we will get some communication better than the recent comms. - perhaps not though but it could be better than doing nothing and just talking about it on here. Keep it constructive though. Anyone care to pen the message and send the company email I will be happy to send it in daily. to get a sense of how effective this could be once you send the email post in here Posted with a day & email No. and copy in here for example - Day 1 - 1 would be the first one then Day 1-2 etc and Day 2-1/2/3 for subsequent days just to see what kind of scale we can generate as shareholders.
who's up for it? at least it will help my post count go up if nothing else. If we hear nothing then for each week that passes we increase the frequency of sending per day to the no of weeks that have elapsed. so week 2 each person sends it twice daily and week 3 3 times etc until after a few weeks they will be buried in emails if they don't respond.

"Update on agreement by MESH and AAQUA to acquire Sentiance
Further to its announcement of 15 February 2021, MESH Holdings plc ('MESH') and AAQUA BV ('AAQUA') have mutually agreed to amend the sale and purchase agreement (‘the Original SPA') to acquire Sentiance NV ('Sentiance’).
Under the revised agreement (‘the Revised SPA’), 100% of Sentiance will still be acquired by AAQUA and MESH, but in different proportions. AAQUA will now acquire a significant majority equity holding in Sentiance, rather than the 20% envisaged under the Original SPA. Material progress on the Revised SPA has been made and completion is expected by 31 March 2021.
A further announcement will be made following completion."

just called Mesh to ask why no comms recently....went straigh to voicemail...shock!!!
Anyone else find the lack of feedback from the company disgraceful when they are 6 weeks past the end March time line they stated for news. where is the RNS? when will be be trading again? what is happening with the company? please can we have some news....its soul distroying hearing nothing..

this was the last communication from the board on 20.08.20 - is it unreasonable to think we might have some sort of update as to what is happening - can we quanitfy what considerable progress actually equates to - how long does "in due course" actually mean....currently 82 days after the last announment and nothing...patience wearing a little thin. It's not even like usual where people say if you don't like it sell up and move on.....can't even do that now!

couldn't agree with you more bearbones - only thing thast makes it worse is i'm also in FRR which has been locked in longer....cash tied up for ever ever!!! Aim is not for investors....it's a tar pit for unsuspecting passers by who get fossilised in litigation.

Perhaps Mesh BOD can incorporate some of their own A.I. software into their own comms publications as it appears they are incapable of doing it themselves!

does the board recognize my need to buy xmas presents....?? what do these suits get paid for at all....if i took this long to sign a deal i'd be bankrupt by now...

can anyone advise what to do next if we want to trade these now as my Halifax account won't deal them....

knew it was too good to be true....oh well they have quadrupled in value recently so seems they may be worth holding onto for 12months to see how things pan out..
