The RNS states that as volume is so slow it doesn't need to go through the process in Germany, so they will be withdrawing their application entirely

Contract announced this morning, liquidity sorted til September at least. Once an ii starts buying again the price will increase and the moment will have passed. Don't follow the market, make decisions based on value
