The BOD do need to help it’s assist their shareholders with better information. Yes we had an RNS last week but not significant news. Since we were at 43p we have fallen to 18p. What is a significant dividend to the BOD know one knows.

Should we sell VXR now?

We are going to sell parts of the the business, keep some and pick up a nice dividend. It is just a question of when. Yesterday’s RNS was positive and I think we aren’t far away from sale. August is my guess.

Change of CEO but no change in direction. Directors and CEO must go or sell up.
