The Magor Net Zero green hydrogen project has HAR2 funding - AB Inbev and Protium have teamed up to deploy zero emission green hydrogen at Magor brewery in South Wales, one of the largest breweries in the UK. Hydrogen infrastructure is expected to produce more than 20MW of renewable energy and green hydrogen to power the Magor brewery starting in 2028.

The project would build the first large-scale hydrogen generation system at a brewery. The hydrogen will fuel the brewery’s production, as well as its key logistics assets including Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) and forklift trucks. The use of green hydrogen technology will help to provide zero carbon power and fuel for all its operations, an important step for the brewery to become carbon neutral.

AB Inbev Brewing Group already powers its brewing operations at Magor Brewery with 100% renewable electricity from solar farms and a wind turbine on-site.

AB InBev has set ambitious Sustainability Goals which includes 100% of its electricity throughout its worldwide operations will come from renewable sources.

....... and not forgetting all the maintenance contracts that follows the sales of these units.

There are many messages talking about future buyouts - I say take a chill pill as this company will not be bought out, especially by a US company. It is going to be a critical infrastructure company, just like Rolls Royce and with a government stake very difficult to make an unsolicited and unwanted bid. This company is going from strength to strength and it would be very foolish of some to miss out on those huge dividend payments to come in the future.

Look what a disaster the government of the time did by allowing ARM to be bought out by a Japanese company when it had a golden share, can't see the government repeating that stupid mistake!

The FTSE constituents are reviewed every quarter. At each review some companies will exit and other will enter.

The next review quarter is June.

Today, ITM's market cap is larger than 40 other companies in the FTSE 250, wait to see where we are when the next review takes place, but on this growth curve we will be barging our way in !

Why on a great news story like today would you want a great British company to be taken over?

This company is going to be worth much much more that £1bn!!!!!!!!!

On March 31, 2025, ITM Power signed an agreement with Deutsche Bahn AG to collaborate on sustainable transportation and infrastructure, specifically in the field of green energies, such as green hydrogen and its derivatives.

I can't remember seeing an update on this agreement since the announcement and I have missed the deadline for fielding a question at tomorrow's presentation. Is anyone aware of progress on this collaboration with Deutsche Bahn

I want this share to soar like most people on this forum. However, unlike some others I do not want it to be bought out and absorbed into Linde or any other foreign conglomerate.

I want ITM to grow into a large engineering company that we can be proud of, that can stand alone, innovate and pay large dividends!!!!!

What Is Earnings Per Share (EPS)?

Earnings per share (EPS) is a commonly used measure of a company's profitability. It indicates how much profit each outstanding share of common stock has earned.

EPS is calculated by dividing a company’s net income by the total number of outstanding shares.

Therefore, EPS cannot be set directly by a company!!!

It would be of interest if you could provide more information on what you believe is happening on the 4th as I can’t find anything on ITM Power’s website that references the 4th December.

ITM was selected as the technology provider and awarded a FEED contract for a 50-megawatt green hydrogen production site based on ten Neptune V units and located in the EU back in December 2024.

The news update from last December stated that the final investment decision for the whole project was expected in 2025. Hoping that we will get an update on this FEED contract and the outcome of the FID before the end of the year.

We shouldn’t be judging our share price against Ceres as their market uplift is being driven by the surge new data centres being built around the world that are requiring SOFC battery power. Also Goldman Sachs has uplifted their ratings/forecast on Ceres this week, following an increased re-rating by UBS last week which is fuelling their recent rise.

However, what we can take out of the increase in the Ceres share price is that a positive re-rating of ITM by a broker(s) will push the share price higher. News of orders from Hydropulse or further sales of Neptune before Christmas would also be more than welcome.

Ceres have joined the FTSE 250 this week which would have given them an extra boost.

Hopefully, a large percentage of the FEED contracts that ITM are working on will lead to positive FIDs in the near future.

I would love to have been a fly on the wall at the Helikon investment meeting when the shares were down at 25p, to understand the reasons why they didn’t close their shorts at that time.

My question - Any plans to increase the size of the factory in Germany and would they be looking to open up any further facility in Europe or beyond?

I certainly believe the share price will break out even stronger soon, with more great news, further orders and Hydropulse announcing new product sales.

However, I don’t understand how the two shorters alone can be the ones containing the share price, as this would mean them involved in buying shares through various instruments and then selling them again. This would surely mean that their declared short position would be fluctuating on a daily basis. It is something I would like to understand better.
