That seems to imply by just issuing new shares the value of the company increases. Without anything else happening there would be 20x the amount of shares and the value stays the same? Our shares are then only worth 5% of what the were. The new capital if they get it comes in and goes out to pay the scheme. That draws a line under the claims and a new value might come about if they can turn a profit

Not sure I understand your numbers. As the dilution hasn’t happened yet if they are worth £1.25m today aren’t they then worth £62.5k after it happens? I get the future value but that is subject to the additional capital raise and Amigo seem to be struggling with that

I still don’t understand, other than wishful thinking, what basis there is for this going up?

They won’t be buying in the market. They don’t need to and they haven’t got any cash anyway

We live in hope but that’s all we can rely on. I think the sale by Hambro last week has put a lot of liquidity into the market which isn’t normally there and that will create a drag

They can decide when they are asked presumably on the future business. If they don’t there isn’t a future for the business. The current market cap isn’t relevant

I am in and agree delisting sounds right. But then we all face a 95% dilution and if your man below has 2% of the company that’s £300,000 in the capital raise. I don’t care what other people do with their money but some people clearly don’t appreciate the full picture and how risky this is

Yes they did but if someone wants to make a profit they have to sell the shares. There have to be further buyers for that to happen and the MM won’t want to be stuck with shares if this delists or the company fails

They have but my point is there might be no-one to buy them back again - then who would be the fool

Bear in mind as well they are saying if it doesn’t delist then the scheme could fail and then there is no company. Dangerous game

A lot of people are playing a dangerous game. That’s a lot of shares to go back into the market which means there is no shortage. Even if the company don’t delist there is a big dilution and then a capital raise. People will hope to sell but if MM doesn’t want them that’s going to be a write off.

But they don’t. It’s 75% of people who vote not 75% of the shares. 1 person with 1 share could vote and it could go through.

We keep our shares but in a private company. We don’t get to see a daily price if there is any value. The company has set up a matching service which allows for some trading
