I just topped up with 2754 more shares :D, better news about the divi pay it's actually 13.40p, so that's another 5 more shares for me, with European championship and World Cup around the corner I think there is more to come from GVC.

Both divi came in at the same time, 13.20p in total.

Now my take away has a web site, customers can order online and my bank charges only 2.5% for card payments. Avoid like a virus!!!!

I am baffled how this company is valued (100 times PE) as a high tech company. After all their technology is just a fax machine that prints out customers orders. most of the profit comes from charging 40p for every credit card used to order food. They also charge take aways 12% of the value of every order which owners find it totally extortionate. Their is also a charge of £300 if owners change their bank account details. I know all this because I am a take away owner and I have stopped dealing with this company. Now my take away

The regulatory concern is priced in the SP, otherwise GVC will be changing hands at around £8, with canny scot at the helm I am sure Keneth Alexander will steer this business to safe waters, after all he turned the loss making sporting bet into €5m profit in year one!

Yes it's becoming clear now, GVC operates in Turkey and South America , and Brazil has just increased their rates to 10% Recently to defend the Real. Good news for anybody with spare capital to top up. Unfortunately I don't . Now, where did I put that lottery slip!

Another cracking result and increased divi. 40p divi for this financial year returns an amazing 11% of income. I just wish I had Speman's 100k holding. Now, where did I put that lottery ticket? :)

Just in time to pay my Xmas bills :). Gvc has been the best share in my holding since they were under a £1. I just reinvest the divi. A bit envious of the guy with 100k shares at mo. Gla tomorrow.

Can we take any advice from brokers? Not so long ago ocado was 58p and one of these brokers was banging about how the shares were worthless ...! Few months later they are nearly a ten-bagger!!!!!! 5 years ago JP Morgan called the American sub-prime mortgage as the best quality investment instrument , and we all know what happened next. Take it with a pinch of salt!!!!!!!
