One of my first investments was in a Gold Mine at the top of a Mountain in Greenland.
Apparently Greenlandic Gold i was told at the time is more valuable than any other Gold.
And as it was mined at the top of a Mountain and you need a Helicopter for access so was worth even more due to the rarity,
