ShareSurfer, last year I tried, and failed, to find the documents listed in ANNEXE III of that document.
I don't believe that they are available to the public.
RNS is good news and email from JP confirms this.
The GSA will cover ALL gas from the TE5 Production Concession.
We don't know exactly how much we have in that 135 sq km but the RNS tells us that they will take everything that we have to sell.
I see what you mean Woodrow, he is not a happy bunny!
Begs the question, "What's up Doc"?
Pontcanna - this is your chance to tell "Parsons and Co" what you think - good or bad - so make the most of it.
90% chance that I'll make it and I look forward to putting faces to names.
Tell me how you were "mid twenties" in November and 32 yesterday?
DB71 - I heard from Sarah on Friday that the summit organisers were being very slow to send her the video. From that I conclude that we will get to see it eventually but that the delay is out of our hands.
Best post of late was from SouthernCross in response to 250SWB returning to deliver some "wisdom". It read,
"The ego has landed!!"
LOL is often overused but I did actually laugh aloud when I read that one.
Just a brief mention of Sound, nothing significant:

Exploration has a habit of making incredible claims but to say that Shaungreen has a fan club is "pushing the envelope".
Another great phrase from the management speak handbook.
I asked Sarah about making a copy of John Argent's presentation available to shareholders and her reply was:
"I am not sure if they are recording it but if they are I will certainly try to do that for you."
John Argent is speaking in Marrakesh on Thursday 7th which might be interesting.
I've just emailed Sarah Dees to ask whether Sound can share a video of this with shareholders.
Once the recent placing shares have been flipped the real rise will start.
One point which is new, and important, is the early indication that we have permeability to enable flow:
"Preliminary analyses of a sample subset show permeabilities within the range observed in the TE-5 Horst area. "
What did people read into JPs comment to Mancave:
"The TE11 location in principle is not impacted by TE10 (although I do have a clever idea we are exploring but you’ll have to bear with us and wait for the announcement on that one !)."
I think we might try and test the TAGI as well as the Palaeozoic with TE11. The TE10 stratigraphic trap pinches out against the most likely Palaeo target (the Veyron zone) so it may be possible. A good result at the pinch out would give massive confidence that the stratigraphic trap is a very large find.
Joe, going back to your original point about gas shows in the Palaeo, there was obviously something of interest because we drilled 209M into it rather that the original 50M rathole mentioned at the last FSC.
Personally I expect that we have gathered useful data from this region rather than hit something big.
Gas shows well below the TAGI structural trap spill point is the interesting bit for me.
Bring on the test kit!
Robbie, I think this is the answer you are referring to - it's from 12-Dec FSC):
Yes I can see this has become an issue now. Let me provide some context..... firstly some time ago (I think on a FSC) one investor asked "what is Luca doing now". I explained he was on special projects and also pursuing consolidation in Morocco and that we had one particular project in mind. I don't recall who (not us!) then labelled this Luca's baby. And ever since it received constant questions (even though we didn't really put it in the public domain intentionally). Anyway the update is the project is still live and still expected.
Ozzie, your analysis is broadly in line with mine though on point 2 (successful gas recovery via MDT) I can't find any evidence that this was attempted at TE6. Certainly nothing in an RNS as far as I can see.
Hopefully more good news to come soon.
Very good RNS this morning.
I posted at the weekend why I fancied our chances of the strat trap coming in and this RNS increases my confidence:
"the Company can confirm that the gas shows observed extend below the currently mapped structural closure at approximately 1,958m MD. This suggests the gas accumulation may extend updip into the stratigraphic trap"
KTF - it's on the Sound site:

Hi Ian.
I'm not sure why you thought I was doubting the veracity of your email from JP.
That was not my intention.
Apologies.
