Jefferies broker ratings look positive. TV talks constantly about more and more being spent online every Xmas. All good news for BBOX.

Think you are also correct with regard to property increase for BBOX. I have held Brit. Land and Land Securities, Richard Jewson (chairman) has much experience and the very best contacts with regards to property.

Re: your post of 17.53 I totally agree with your thoughts on this. Major institutions will be sitting up checking this out with regard to pension funds etc. It is not everything that pays such a good divi, plus has worthwhile growth included. Glad I got in early. Water funds can be slow, banks been dismal, insurance has its ups and downs. They cannot ignore this one, IMO.

Another RNS just out, now a private wealth management co. have holdings. Not surprised with a 6% divi to come and growth prospects. Nice big trades today. BBOX is a very interesting company in my view.

Check the live RNS's on this page Sainsbury's and M & S are now their customers. Best sites with some top property managers, these guys have their contacts and employ long leases. Divi outlook looks excellent as well as growth on-line in todays changing retail developments.

Agree with Ennombrede, for those that think it toppy here, check Riddler's post on GRPH he is a well respected poster all over the boards. Spindok's slightly earlier post worth noting. GLA to all in both companies. Graphene has SO much going for it, all over the world with so many uses. It will be making massive changes.

I bought in here AGM 2nd day after IPO, I also bought GRPH as both of these companies are involved in Graphene. Good luck to all.
