I am with HL. This offer in my mind is the pits. It has completely put me off buying any Indian shares in the future.. After doing a Google of the company that will be taking them (ESSR) over. Energy Bidco Holdings Ltd. They are a Global Indian Fund Company, so I do not hold out much hope of a juicy dividend. Therefore I took the bull by the horns and have just accepted the sad offer, since I had held out in the early stages in the hope of receiving a better one. Glad to be out of this though at a signiificant loss.
