When board has such a big stake, it becomes highly personal. Their interests are closely aligned with shareholders because they directly benefit from any increase in the company’s value. It will be interesting to see how strongly they push the REE strategy going forward.

Been digging into the latest financials and I think the market may be missing something here.

At roughly £1.5m market cap, Harvest Minerals looks priced as if it’s on the verge of disappearing . Yet the balance sheet tells a very different story.

Net assets: about $4.1m (~£3m)

That’s roughly 2x the current market cap.

Tangible operational assets:

Plant & equipment ~ $2.8m

Mine properties ~ $3.5m

Inventory + receivables + cash still meaningful

It is a producing fertiliser company with real infrastructure.

The Hidden Upside: Rare Earth Elements (REE)

The Arapuá project has already returned encouraging REE concentrations from sampling. This is early stage but the market often rerates miners long before production if the geology stacks up.

You’re effectively getting a free option on a potential REE discovery at today’s valuation. This is why im buying.

For me, timing was a key factor in deciding to sell out. A timeline of 20+ months is simply a 'little too long for my investment horizon, especially with so many moving parts that still need to be resolved and any of which could lead to further delays.

That said, I remain interested and would consider buying back in at lower levels, ideally somewhere in the 0.05p–0.06p range.

If the next RNS delivers progress, the market will react quickly and very difficult to get in. Hence, why i have buying slowly.

While the September update outlined the broader strategic framework and described the project as being at an early stage, it did not appear to confirm the execution status of the RC drilling programme previously expected to commence in Q3, run for approximately 30–45 days, and be followed by assay results shortly thereafter. Greater clarity on progress would be greatly appreciated.

Specifically, I would be grateful if you could provide guidance on the following points:

Did the RC drilling programme begin as scheduled, and has it now been completed? If plans changed, could you explain the rationale?

How many metres have been drilled at Arapuá during 2025 to date?

Have laboratory assay results been received, and when might shareholders reasonably expect an update?

If timelines have shifted, could you outline the reasons and provide a revised schedule?

What are the immediate next steps in the REE exploration strategy, and is Arapuá currently being prioritised within the company’s project portfolio?

From a strategic perspective, what resource scale or TREO grade range would management consider necessary for Arapuá to progress toward a potentially economic standalone project?

The June announcement described the programme as a high-impact, low-cost initiative, and I believe shareholders would welcome more concrete visibility on execution, milestones, and the pathway toward resource definition. I fully appreciate that certain details may be commercially sensitive; however, any measurable guidance you can provide would help investors better understand the project’s trajectory.

I sent the CEO an email but haven’t received a reply yet. Does he usually respond to shareholders? We’re due an update on the REE side of the business. Has anyone managed to get in touch with the company?

When I tried to buy 1.5 million shares via my broker, the price I received was 0.45p. When I increased the size of my order, the price moved higher (0.55), which suggests to me there isn’t much stock available below 0.45p/0.55p.

To fill an order, there has to be a seller on the other side. So it looks like supply at that level is limited.

If a few decent buy orders hit, the price could move up quickly because the sell side looks thin.
