AFC Energy PLC - hydrogen power generation technology developer - Plans to raise GBP30 million in placing and subscription. To issue 187.5 million shares at 21.4 pence each. AFC Energy said: "The net proceeds of the fundraising will be used to support the continued development of the company as it moves from the development phase of its products and technology into the manufacture and commercialisation of them."

Current stock price: 19.86 pence

Year-to-date change: up 5.4%
