Zzzzzzzzzzzzz
Kat do you think that fund managers and investment houses pay handsomely for useless info? Think about it matey. Ps I’m not talking about Motley fool etc.nope just the major broker houses.
I agree with all said here but think it’s best to leave it now. Sadly though it has deflected from what we should be concentrating on ie. a broker note that says we are incredibly undervalued. This bb is about Sareum and is why we come on here.
Well said! Back to the top
Can you please stop originating new threads every time you reply - infuriating for the rest of us. I would recommend people report posts as he has done this continuously. Not meant as an attack but the whole point of it being a continuous thread is to follow the narrative
Sorry about the question mark ?? Not meant
Thanks for the reply ??
Billy, if you don’t mind me asking, what did your broker say that made you invest double today?
Mm”s know their are anxious people like you out there Cobalt. All they have to do is keep it down and people will lose their bottle. Especially if said people have seen their lot being slowly eroded.
Probably best to leave if you haven’t got the minerals as this is what the aim market is like mate - it will rarely reflect fair market value
Jog on you plank
I remember the same thing happened to Rockhopper years ago. Huge drop on perceived bad news days before positive news came. Huge drop to trigger stops only to bounce sharply. Nothing done by authorities. Complete robbery.
Do not put stops on shares or you give incentive to MM to drop price accordingly. Buying opportunities will be limited as they will already be filling orders from their preferred clients
They can’t they are expecting data and for them it will be a closed period. Price will rise come results day or it will jump on news. Sareum will be de-risked and marketable. Market will play their games as currently they have time before news is due, but volume is low so probably bottom fishing imho
Google seems to be pretty useless. Came back last night after close and gone es. again this morning.
Is there anywhere else to get free live price info?
Just reread the RNS and there is no reason for a drop in the share price based on the info in it. The current price is fantastic if you are buying. To me what Sareum is doing is giving an indication to its future plans.
For what reason would you clean up your house? Visitors on their way possibly
Any company that is gearing up like Sareum for a prosperous future would be initiating these types of moves. As we all hope Sareum has potential to be huge, therefore the future will only hold more scrutiny in governance issues. All good imho
SOG what’s your take on this just being a typical AIM market stock. The crowd move on news, buying into rises and leave when next news will be a while off. Refects what happened at Sareum to an extent. The herd will be back and the price will shift and no doubt rise. Whether Peel Hunt have an agenda - who knows? But I’m not surprised with the trend of movement even though massively over done. Many seem to use the aim market as a short term gambling platform rather than an “investment” market.
Just my two pence worth and like most, I’m in it believing/hoping it will come good based on science, which so far has been top class
So after doing your research on a company and investing x amount of money you decide to sell up based on an admin error. Good for you, I am probably too greedy to stand by such morals.
Look into how to value a company. Not how to work out the market cap. How would you value a company that is private?
That is what I said Thoth. However the market cap is supposed to be a reflection of the company’s worth and how that worth is calculated (by an accountant) is based on future cash flows and risk factors, as I said. In AIM this may have no reflection as it is not an efficient market as we see from the big swings in co valuation.
We are probably arguing the same thing. You are saying market cap is share price x shares in issue which is obviously true. I am saying that the market cap should be a reflection of future cash flows weighted with risk to give the company a value.
Le Major as an Accountant your assessment is incorrect. The market cap of an organisation is the value given to them by the market as a whole. This is done by calculating future cash flows multiplied by a risk factor of this actually happening. What cash flows and risk factor attributed, will be based on the users predictions that they have calculated. This will determine the market cap of which you divide by the number of shares in issue to get your share price.
The share price in itself tells you nothing. It is merely a reflection of the market cap based on the shares in issue.
