Jamie - wondering if it is the spread better either way couldn't agree more - once the lawyers have the term agreement sorted as certainly the £400k YA pay off would IMO be part of the Audit completion and was oustanding - this was paid off 10 days ago and 'nearing acqusition completion' In my mind this would suggest that we are really close.

He also said the finance 'will get done'. He stated that he had already received further emails from the lender on Jan 21st. At this stage is just lawyers to pour over. Can't wait for the creditor to be announced - as that's when we now it's business done

Skull duggery is the SP manipulation to stifle the rise - IMO is def to do with the Atomic shares. Moreover I see this as a positve as it suggests that the deal is very much on as it's being manipulated to accommodate the current owner.
