Picked this up from an article in the observer in September . If MAST are indeed to reach an agreement with data centres I doubt there will be any RNS about it until the trial In late 2025 is over and data centres have a better sense how much off grid they require. Seems sensible to me.

For instance… ‘Nvidia is partnering with National Grid and Emerald AI in a live trial (targeted for late 2025) to demonstrate how AI data centres can use AI-powered platforms to dynamically adjust their energy consumption, thereby supporting grid stability and making better use of existing capacity.’

I’m m an amateur investor, see the logic in the business model but not sure who to believe in this chat room. So will just ride it out for now

They have data centres coming to them! I literally heard the interview for myself. Yes there’s a risk it doesn’t work out. If you’re not comfortable with that risk then give the stock a miss. I however are comfortable in taking a level of risk at a price

I’m new to investing so just wanted to get a sense from people who sit it seems at opposite sides of the spectrum it seems as whether they think this is good stock. My assumption here is even the ‘trolls’ (sorry I know you are actually decent people with families) know it’s a good stock otherwise why would they bother to waste their time talking about mast.
