Qz.don't be infuenced by any one on any BB ive always said that as for me and my opinion on glencore I have every faith in the company to do well by my estimate this should be and I've often posted this £4.80s by now or at least got very close to it ...now take in to consideration trump and his trade war the usa subpoena on glencore and DRC bullcrap you tell me how you can plan anything with those flys in the ointment? As for jmo he only reported what he saw in the charts and he was right wish I'd payed more attention before I topped up at £3.51 and then £3.26 am I worried ? Honestly joking aside NO I can see glencore at around a £5 with a better divi next year glencore is about to make a massive fortune in coal and the coal contract that cash should filter down to us along with cobalt once the 25 million pound filter is working now add to that copper which has been touted for next year stronger prices don't be dismayed by what's happening now with this current SP as I've told pete patience. ..and qz you have to decide wether you are a longer term investor and ride out tbe ups and downs or a day trader taking advantage of those ups and downs

Lost yeah I'm not saying it couldn't happen but they would be unable to buy it at this price as we who hold the shares own the company or a part holder if you will so after long meetings a price will be decided and we the share holders will vote to decline/accept it depending on the price they offer and a premium is always offered otberwise why would we sell? I was in asda shares years ago when Walmart made a very generous offer to which I did very well same thing but the minute the news was out Walmart was it wrested asda price shot up same will happen to glencore if an offer is forthcoming it'll fly to £4 instantly in my opinion :-)

Lost if it's at all possible management buy out, it will have to be at least a quid premium from here ..at least more like £2 ..not that I think it'll be taken private not with things to come for good old glenda coal is set to make crazy profits next year so will offset any copper price weakness glencore's SP won't stay this low for long it had a trading arm making 35% of profits in a down market or an up market they still make money
