The figure for allocation is between 2.3 and 7.7 gigawatts. The growth for Ldes is forecast from 2.8 to 5.3 for 2030. Figures for batteries are from 6.5 to 20.5. This would indicate the greater portion to lithium. However, these documents are two years old and the unknown variables are what may have changed in government policy and what advances in the technologies might influence choice. Added to this is the growing public action against lithium as being less safe. On top of this the geopolitical uncertainty may lead to pressure to increase the figure beyond the 7.7. We live in interesting times!

It will be interesting to see what transpires as both Hagshaw and Spirebush have indicted they will use Invinity. Hagshaw in total is 500mgw and Spirebushis 200 in total. That is without any from Frontier. Should be interesting to see the final results.

Acknowledge that to fund further expansion this will be a further capital expansion. However, this is not a cause for concern as it has been well anticipated by many on here.
