1. Business is being run as a going concern

2. TM1 has been operating as a funding vehicle for Recyclus

3. Some progress made on generating income

Any ideas on when trading resumes after this?

It could be a genius move by the BOD to intentionally file something in the accounts that would get picked up on and halt trading. Only to then announce market moving news that creates built up demand to buy shares.

Or… it’s a total coincidence.

I can feel it, momentum is with us. This should reach £1 by the end of the week.

This is the problem, they won’t be able to complete the RTO with the current Atlas funding model pushing the share price down. It’ll be deemed unacceptable and not in the interests of all shareholders. They need enough revenue and profit to become self sufficient.

Glad I took out a large part of my investment a few months ago, but in hindsight I should have taken it all out. Ah well, it was worth a punt!

Recoup the losses in Algo, Hedera, etc and move on!

Hmm… It came across as though things weren’t exactly going his way. He seemed a little stressed and the responses he gave during most of the interview were strange - spent a lot of time talking about his personal achievements as though he was in a job interview. It’s an unsettling time to be an investor, but they say the best time to buy is when there’s blood on the streets…

“The company will effectively double in value”. Trying to do my own research on this one. Do you think this is guaranteed? If so, based on what? The share issue seems guaranteed based on announcements last year.

Do we think the BOD would save any big market moving news (like new contracts) until after the RTO? Surely they would want to have major announcements capable of sending the SP significantly higher under the Recyclus ticker. I guess that would help offset the share dilution?

Even though the sp is tanking at the moment, I take great comfort in the fact I didn’t buy anywhere near the ATH.

For the sake of all holders here, I hope the company manages to find its’ way through this difficult phase. If not, well… dems da breaks.

Some news about revenue / contracts would be nice too. Although, not sure it would have a positive impact on sp right now.

Long term holder here. Worrying when I see large sells at such a low price. Can’t help but feel there’s bad news around the corner. All wild speculation of course. In the short term I don’t have much confidence.
