Wobwat.. think you’ve rounded up all the heavyweights in this division. As you say, Siemens seem to be at the top of the technical spectrum here. Imagine if a company with a market cap of 10 million were to attract the attention of Seimens with their, approx 80 billion.. Especially in this extremely specialised space, where the new MAN says we are at a very advanced stage. Surely this would wake the market up in a big way
Mainshare, if you read around the “major” companies currently involved in wind farm generation, you get an idea of who the bigger technical players are in this space. It therefore would make sense for us to get some sort of tie up with any of these big hitters. You don’t have to look too far to see the connection with the gas to wire/energy sphere and these companies. Imagine little old nuog getting into bed with any major technical giant in the space.. if this happens, then imo we will break out of this trading range.
Absolute amateur hack trying to undermine and upset the Applecart with his conjecture
Nu-Oil and Gas plc ("Nu-Oil" or "the Company") Clarification on AGM Results Announcement Further to this morning's announcement regarding the results of NU-Oil's Annual General Meeting and following postings on social media, the Company wishes to confirm that, as previously announced, resolution 7, as set out in the Company's AGM Notice, was passed without amendment. However, the board of the Company ("Board") did confirm to those present at the meeting that, should the Company utilise this authority (at any time prior to its expiry) by way of a non-preemptive placing for cash, then such placing would be limited to 25% of the current issued share capital and would include, in addition, an open offer of an equivalent amount. The Board wishes to make it clear that there is no current proposal that it will use this authority to carry out a non-preemptive placing.

Good post Sharelock.. if only we could partner up with a reputable outfit with the technical knowledge to make this happen ...
Or in the know..
There’s not a lot I can add to what’s already been said to counter garyn’s naieve write up on Resolution 7. I have been discussing this off-line with some large holders of nuog, and the consensus was to wait for the post AGM Resolution RNS from the company to clarify matters. Unfortunately it is not the first time that LT has posted on this board, where his colourful style of prose has missed some fundamental commercial facts. Garyn and his band of merry ghost writers turn up and bash at will, so to take reference for an article written for public consumption in the way that he has is pure and simple schoolboy stuff.
New Chairman giving presentation now. Talking about gas to wire. BOD interrupted to say Gas to Wire is not a concept. They are in advanced discussions now over North Sea fields. Each 80MW facility will generate £25m per annum over a lifespan of approx 10 years.
Got to enjoy the res 7 vote down
Resolution 7 voted down. Company will now need to seek authority in order to do any placings which means they will have to give shareholders a very good reason if they want to raise. They have now gone away to count all the proxy votes for this resolution. But all bar one at the AGM voted against.
Looks like resolution 7 voted down
Yes.. just waiting to post here
Wobwat, as per Bernys post, he claims that mfdevco are the only ones who have the technology and therefore the intellectual property to conduct a project of this nature. Clearly, this is a watershed event in the history of nuog, suffice to say that they are heading towards completion of a deal of this nature. Presently, the company is tainted with apprehension due to the so called procrastination in closing a deal. All I can say at this point is that I feel we are getting very close to securing this first elusive deal. Again, it boils down to whether you are a believer or not. The hardened naysayers and distractors will now up their game.
Garyn, your reputation precedes you.. but yes you are right I will stick to your lse handle
From my twin brother Berny.. Now that gas to wire has been publicly acknowledged by the company I can reveal something else. The first of these N Sea projects is almost over the line. I understand it was touch and go as to whether it would be completed before the AGM but am fairly confident it will land nxt week or thereabouts. There's even a mention of it in the public domain. hxxps://www.energyvoice.com/oilandgas/decom/188444/faroe-tables-plans-for-to-decommission-north-sea-fields/ Given that Nuog is the only company to have the technology for this and other info I am privy to I can safely say this will be announced very soon. This will be the first MF project for Nuog imho. And Brazil will follow within a few weeks.
Keep watching.
Things are brewing here..
Another piece of the jigsaw
Not sure about who’s going from LSE, but my twin brother Berny is going to be in attendance. I’m sure he will be raising some valid points, as I’m equally sure the rest in attendance will be. All the best to those who are in a position to attend the AGM tomorrow.. I’m sure it’s going up be a blast
