Answer me this… CLN’s are generally last resort funding. Why have they used this funding method? Who would you say holds the trump cards in the negotiations, the company or the provider ? That should answer your question. If the provider wanted a stake in the company, they could have just a simple placement at a premium… not a death spiral CLN package !!!

SMKR.. Read the RNS from RRR this week. Same CLN provider, same wording....Take a little time to read the RNS. No shares from the CLN will be issued at a premium. This isn't how these things work!!

tbh. The funding package is ok given the state of the credit markets and risk premiums

Overall the funding deal is polish, given all.. . It’s not what most were expecting though. Look at the volumes today, it’s very much retail flow. Think a few are a little disappointed we didn’t get a bag or two on the projected news

Reading the second RNS - They raised $3m at a premium. Any further monies will be at 8% discount to 5day VWAP, 6% if the meet ESG targets. Think this is what is holding the SP back today?
