Anyone using Trading212 who is struggling to get their code keep trying. Call them via the app, say to the AI bot that answers "I want to speak to a human", they will put you through and this time round the bloke who I spoke to clearly understands what is I'm after, it's been raised with their specialist team for fast track and I'll be provided the code by email. I've gone round the houses to get to this point and it was this simple. The previous person didn't have a clue what I was after. If you're not getting what you want politely ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. Hopefully get my code by the end of the day.

I still cannot track down my code. I've had phone calls with T212, MUFG, tried to phone TRX, I've emailed Alice at Walbrookpr and shareholderenquiries@cm.mpms.mufg.com with my confirmation of holdings and I do not appear to exist on any record. Not sure what else I can do. My vote share will be tiny but that is not the point.

All I need is the code. It's somewhere. It isn't on my holdings statements or certificate etc. I don't need to T212 to do anything. I'll do whatever needs done. But I can't without the code, it appears. I'll keep digging. It'll probably come to nothing. Investing can be risky, sure. This a risky investment, no doubt. But we've been pumped up the back end here big time.

Poker, I had the polite conversation with both MUFG and Trading212, not you. Each one bumped me back and forth claiming it's this and that, and unsurprisingly when I phoned TRX with the number on the letter they're not answering the phone. Bottom line is I am investor just like anyone and I am eligible for a vote, am I not? Even with my minimal holding compared to the 1m some people have. The whole situation whiffs.

Trading212 say they cannot cast my vote. Some bull**** they are giving me about this and that. But they also cannot provide me my investor code. So I'm out of luck I'm not sure what else to do. Buncha w*****s.

I want to vote no. But interestingly, neither MUFG corporate or Trading212 can provide me this investor code... I've lost 8k on this, far less than what some might have lost but it still stings, especially when everything was broadcast as positive. I was 3k up at one point. Didn't sell because it felt as though this would pop with all the new contracts and approvals etc. Silly me. Should have banged out at the strategic review. Lesson learned. I'll report back if I can get the code and I'll be voting no. F*** em.

genuine question. misreporting of numbers. where do we stand as investors if we've bought on the basis of their reporting figures, which have turned out to be absolute horse ****, has trx / danny lee not committed fraud? or is this a case of buyer beware? i'm gobsmacked. i was lucky to make a decent wedge from stocks during covid and i admit i'm a part time punter who now stands to make a painful loss on this one. losses not yet realised but no way i'm making my money back, avg 57p. painful lesson for sure.

Agreed. I wholly accept I've been lucky since I started investing during COVID on the side of my full time job. A lot of things went my way by sheer chance and I've made a healthy profit, so I took a stab at a risky one being TRX. If this goes south it's my first loss, but a significant one and it's pretty painful. Lesson learned indeed.

Cavendish are averaging down I think. They're now up to 0.15% of shares. They keep selling high and buying low, but they're the broker, no? Suddenly 11,000 shares at 0.37p. Looks like insider trading to me. Am I missing something? I'm normally an optimist but this isn't looking good.

Perhaps. But it's been 20 days since the trading update. You'd thought the SP would have dropped quicker if that were the case, and Lombard continued to add after the update. Who knows?

The SP appears to be cyclical. It dipped around January / February in previous. Perhaps confidence in the market has dropped with the potential trade war. I'm gonna hold. If we fall to approx. 30p I'll double down reduce my average and wait out I think.

Despite what shares have sold being snapped up by Cavendish and Lombard since the revelation of the "strategic review", the share price is falling as the shares are being bought below bid it would seem... I have to agree, something fishy is going on. This could go either way, but I get the impression the larger investors are waiting for the buyout. I'm in the red now too unfortunately and been here for around 4 years. I think I'll hold. Been here 4 years, what's another year or so? I knew this particular stock was my "take a punt" in my portfolio.
