I'm holding out for good news, half will be invested long term the other half hopefully in much better situation than now. Based on fundamentals I was comfortable until seeing recent trading patterns, which i can't get my head around. As stated by most, we keep getting positive news which causes a small increase and then it bleeds down to 1p ish over several days,. I've been waiting for the HAD05 results and am confident (obviously i have no idea, just hoping) it will be good, now if it is good what are peoples thoughts on share price reaction? In my mind it should grow quite nicely, however part of me thinks it'll just do the same again???
I agree this is not a bad thing and does ultimately strengthen our position for the next 12 months. However people are stating good points about feeling a little duped here.... afterall, every interview and bit of news GH has emphatically stated "Fully funded to end of 2019". Trust is hard earned and easily lost... not to mention there was clearly a leak this morning for the price to have dropped to 1.31p before the RNS, someone knew this was coming and knew the region of the drop.
This is why I "think" there must have been something in the offing, just GH did'nt agree with the figures. They walked for now to allow us to prove up a bit more at our risk and theyve kept the NDA ongoing to protect their observations and stop our shareprice going mental. (My opinion of course and DYOR).
Would GH have to notify of an offer even if low, or only if he thought it was worth us being notified so we could vote?
My thoughts are that the Newmont saga is still not over. They walked (for now), but due to the Non Disclosure Agreement, there are far more details to the situation than we know about... Good or bad I don't know, but if it was bad wouldn't they have completely walked away and disclosed everything they found and said goodbye GGP? Thoughts people???
