That is part of my original confusion as no rns confirming this. But if you look at the two total voting rights rns and do the maths the number of new shares is exactly as per the number if converted at £5.04. Again might be wrong as not explicitly states that this has happened.

I see that but it looks like the only conversions to happen to date are at the £5.04 and now at £11+. What TNT do not seem to be very good about is shouting about when they secure funding. Given they now have the 10m I am not sure they currently need to activate the remaining CLNs at the 5 day price. I might be wrong though

Ok, makes sense. So although the 3m was issued at the £5.04 value there is a concern the TNT will elect to drawdown more at the lower date that is driving this down vs the 13m received and banked at the higher number. Can see why some may wish to drive the price down on that basis but certainly strategy if THE do not choose to call this off. A bit akin to a surrender at that point.

The total voting rights do balance for the shares issued at £5.04 plus the 55,000 as a fee, but I can't see where the balance has been issued at the lower numbers quoted by posters! Not sure why someone would see below £2 when the have paid over £5. Thanks.

Can somebody help me out on the CLNs because I have clearly missed something. I saw the CLN Rns but have mot seem any conversion or issye of equity one to follow. So where are theses CLN shares being talked about coming from? Or are people saying that there is forward selling? Thank you

Not true, what they are doing is creating a bridging period for the $10m that they were hoping to get in December vs January.

I think you are right on that about a new buyer as the volumes would be close to 19? for them by now but no TR1, but who knows
