Yes my thoughts are the 1.60 this morning was a good time to get out and look at buying back after the Rights Issue. But i do stress thats just my opinion, i could have misjudged it. Others on here will have different thoughts. As i said before if you really are unsure it may be wise to sell some and reduce your exposure to both losses and also potential gains

Mazzno, only you can make that decision. It really does depend on whether you think the price will go higher from here or if you think the price will go lower. I am happy not to be in at the moment as i think the price is heading lower, but thats just my opinion, i could be wrong. If you really haven't got a clue then selling some now will reduce your risk to losses should the price fall but also reduce your potential profit should the price rise. Sorry that wont be a lot of help but it really is down to you and your decision about where you think the price is heading.

608 Bcf gas is approx. 100 million barrels oil equivalent.

As Toblerone rightly says, based on our Gas Sales aggrement of $ 5.24 / Mcf makes a revenue of approx. $ 3 Billion

Just can't see an all share takeover. In relation to the possible offer from M&P Amer made it clear that it was not at a level nor in a form that merited further consideration. To me that says Amer are looking for an all cash offer .

Good news on the drilling front is that we're probably only a few months away from JW announcing drill plans for the following year.

Best guess has to be a 16+ well drill plan for 2020.

That should get the shareholders excited.

I think most reasonable people would understand and accept that OBA throughput can and will be different to the production on a daily, weekly basis .

However for around 2 months throughput is close to 50 % of what the expected production was. Thats a big difference over a substantial period of time. It would be nice to get clarity on it.

2018 H1 profits to ELA were $17 M, $44M profit was for the group ( Elcrest )

I can well understand AMER ( a relatively small company ) describing Indico as a significant discovery BUT for ONGC Videsh Ltd ( A giant of a company with total production close to 200,000 boe per day ) to describe this as a significant discovery should hopefully start to make people see what the true size of CPO-5 could be.

Re Indico - Thats exactly what JW said he would like to happen. If Indico 1 is successful then drill another 2 wells on the structure.

As you say Smasher. When production from OML 40 gets to 45000 bopd. ( 30000 from Opuama and 15000 from Gbetiokun ) Ela share is approx 9000 bopd

ELA has approx 20 % of the OML 40 Licence, 45 % of 45 %.
( ELA has 45% of Elcrest . Elcrest has 45% of OML 40 )

ELA has 40% of Ubima but is entitled to 88% of Production cash flow until costs recovered

Hi IG, Fair comment but my response to that would be that at that time last summer the rig for the possible company changing drill was being talked about as coming up. Its now actually in place . But you pay your money and take your choice. The principle you are sticking with is that you should never jump into a share through fear of missing out, there are and will be many many more opportunities in the market to make a profit. Thats a sound strategy. All the best whichever way it goes.

Itsgambling, The market was no doubt wary after yesterdays rise with people taking profits off the table from mid morning yesterday. The market is expecting a placing but at what price ? IF as you suggest AAOG raise �3M at 10p this would give an extra 30 M shares, bringing total shares to around 100M. IF the s.p. falls to 10p this would give a market cap of just �10M. Can you really see a company which would then be fully funded for a company changing drill a matter of months away, with rig and 20 year licence in place having a market cap of �10 Million ? I Just cant see that. Placing has to come but will be at a much higher price.

11500 bopd once Opuama 1 is opened up again in April Additional 6000 bopd in next 3 months Total 17500 bopd, 7875 bopd Net to ELA. All for £90 M MCap, Seriously undervalued. Additional 7800 bopd by end of year making over 11000 bopd Net to ELA. A couple of years ago there was talk of 10000 bopd, its happened. Now the talk is of 50000 bopd, just a matter of time. A seriously undervalued company

Fully expect this to be up towards the £1 mark over the next few months, will be natural resistance at that level so thats my first target. Bit surprised that its slow going at the moment as i thought it would fly once over 50p resistance. I can only imagine people are waiting to see how reliable the shuttle offtake is after all the stoping and starting of the last few years. Based on the last update we were producing 7500 bopd gross or 3375 bopd net to ELA. I make that a Revenue of around £1 Million per week, as the other wells are brought online this should double up to something in the region of 14500 bopd. or £2 Million per week Revenue to ELA. With money like that coming in we cant stay around the £90 M MCap for much longer.
