To be fair JD it is not slit your wrists time but without an awful lot more from LC other than 'we didn't need the MCPP anyway' this can only go one way. I will repeat that its time for LC to do the honourable thing and stand down. He has zero credibility. He is too thick skinned and does appear to have only one real goal which is to draw his ridiculous salary (£260k in 2017 for a company worth £5m) for as long as possible. His USP of Africa connections and experience is shot to pieces. KIBO is now no more than an embarrassing example of a lifestyle AIM company.

The FE report isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. No mention of Bots ML and they thought we were building a power plant in Tanzania. The timelines will just be pure guesses based on nothing other than wishful thinking. I called them to ask for some details behind their valuation. Someone was going to give me a call back.......... They are a perfect fit for KIBO - useless

MED may well be some help but I don’t see our £300k investment there being our saviour. It’s Bots, Moz or bust.

Sonic I think he is saying that if you now believe coal is dead then KIBO is dead so not much point you or anyone else being here.

JD - At least what we have spent on it which takes no account whatsoever for just how advanced the project it and what any normal venture would be looking forward to at present. £30m+. Anything less would be cynical particularly if it involved the Chinese who we have been told will pay Whatever it takes to get into African power. OBOR and all that. There is the question of how it will look to the international business community if we are just ripped off but I am not sure if GoT give a toss.

There was a MED and Moz representative but I don’t recall anyone from Bots.

Offloaded $750m gold and $750m Haneti projects (his words) and turned them into £900k after a £1m (?) capital raise
Used his extensive Tanzania knowledge and contacts to turn £30m of investment into a worthless asset over 6 years.
Quickly bought Bots project for £9m, MED for £300k and added Bots JV and all now have a combined value of £5m.
