Oh, that's all right then.
Hang on a moment, I see you are actually as negative as I am. Looking at the last holding RNS, the Action Group has twice as many shares as Paternoster does. Does that mean there's no point doing anything unless they want it to happen? And what about all that fuss about a requisition when there's now an AGM where a shareholder or two can be elected. Come on Ben Turney, get the show on the road. There's plenty of time between now and mid October to make sure we aren't shafted yet again.
If it comes to negativity or wishful thinking give me negativity every time. You can only be pleasantly surprised with negativity. With wishful thinking you're likely to get get only disappointment.
Dm78, "honest" BK of course. The only one who didn't gain from the handover from Peter to Adam and jeez I'm angry about it too. They didn't cut me in on last year's 5m and they're freezing me out of this one too. How will I ever afford another racing yacht if it's not by shorting NEW to hell and back on every placing? Give me a break ffs.
Where to begin? Start with Johntroy's point. One of the current directors has been spotted on both sides of a previous deal and by his actions may have disadvantaged existing shareholders of Brady. The other current director has declared a relationship with a warrant holder and a director of Big Sofa. You can judge the risk of history repeating itself for yourself. When two tribes go to war it always helps to have married the daughter of the other sides chief once the peace talks begin.
We need to make sure we aren't a rinse and repeat. Thanks for the warning.
My ferry booking is fully refundable, phew.
Biased? Simply formed an opinion. I didn't have an ISA allowance to lose but those who did and cashed out to join the action group have very little to thank him for. He was happy to work with and under the Chairman and Executive and leave the hard miles to shareholders. Then, and here I am biased, he signed up to a pile of carp for an RTO. Video curators? HTF to ramp that?
I have so few it doesn't matter but for what it's worth I'm voting yes to the articles and the auditors and No to Nicholas Lee. He's done even less for us than the Romans have.
Price of a ferry alone is worth more than my holding. Why don't they hold it in London so it's only a tube ticket and a sickie?
I think I would settle for some info on Big Sofa before I read about the placing. It remains as pie in the sky as ever. They haven't even done an item in the website news blog. Who fixed the relative values, are we stuck with them or is someone going to challenge the new NEW board to explain on 29th.
No so it really will be Monday mourning. Anyway, let me quote from a recent Concepta piece on proactive investor..."so what's the secret? Well a lot of hard yards were done before the kit was exposed to the glare of public markets. It means that he placing cash will be generate sales and profits". A kit costs £250 to £300, is unique and is backed by hormone driven demand. Whereas Big Sofa's is what again? Oh yes, salaries, rent and mortgage payments.
Hush now, if Ant gets the word back to Eastcastle Street that we all think Lidington has seriously undervalued Big Sofa, can you imagine the ratio of relative values he will insist on in the renegotiation? 49/51 will go out of the window on day one. Those talents, those skill sets, those contacts need to be played down not up, at least until the readmission document is published. Then we can seriously hunt the bigger fools most of us are clearly looking for.
Big Sofa is the biggest thing to hit the market research scene since the invention of the plastic clip board and just look at how many of those have been sold over the years. Fill yer boots, Adam's spotted a gold mine with this one. No one else has worked out that the world's supermarkets are going to want video selfies from every single shopper on the plant and we've got a stake in the only people capable of managing the stockpile. Yes siree. Big Sofa is the dead cert of the century, can't understand why no one else has spotted it.
Good for you old bean, although exactly what you are in isn't at all clear going by the BS website that AR has kindly and officially drawn our attention to.
For those concerned about the lack of evidence that BS has anything at all on offer except the contact book of its employees, have a look at the BS website as pointed to in the RNS. It will magnify your concern 128 per cent now and even more by Christmas.
Who says they are winning business? Who with, how much? Bluff and BS.

I really do hope that the lights don't go out on Big Sofa before this deal is complete. Even TW has described this as "poor" and he has only just published a pump on NEW. See Richard post below.
