Starting to worry that no news might be bad news in this case.

Can anyone think of a good reason for delay in news?

If drilling had been delayed by a few weeks would they have updated us or would it be considered not so significant?

Would be a good buy if I had spare funds...have to wait on Rock to finish drilling...

Tried to get double my allocation on the open offer, and as far as I can see they have been added to my account, although they seem to be separate from the shares I already had.

Maybe just Halifax being slow on the admin side.

In return, Verona Pharma will receive an upfront payment of $25 million in cash and an equity interest currently valued at $15 million in Nuance Biotech, the parent company of Nuance Pharma. Verona Pharma is eligible to receive future milestone payments of up to $179 million that are triggered upon achievement of certain clinical, regulatory, and commercial milestones. Verona Pharma is also entitled to tiered double-digit royalties as a percentage of net sales in Greater China.

Nuance Pharma will be responsible for all costs related to clinical development and commercialization in Greater China. A joint steering committee will be established to ensure ensifentrine’s clinical development in the region aligns with Verona Pharma’s overall global development and commercialization strategy. Nuance Pharma intends to file a Clinical Trial Application with the China Food and Drug Administration later this year and begin clinical studies for the treatment of COPD in Greater China thereafter.

As long as the good news comes before and fund raise, doesn't really matter when.

Why are you all in such a rush? Some folks are still looking for a chance to average down (Quest et al), so what's a few months at 2's going to hurt?

Not sure how accurate the buy/sell info is, but seen a lot of posts questioning its relevance as you can't trust it.

Also, couldn't a 1 million sell be split into two 500k sells if the shares and being matched up to two buyers.

Wouldn't read too much into it, but up to you.

Quest, all I can say is I managed to average down a little and will do again when I can.

If you can , I'd try to put some cash in the bank and maybe you'll still have a chance to average down in two or three months.

If not, you might need cash in the event of an open offer to investors at some future point, so again would make sense to build up savings if that happens.

Just had an open offer on another stock, so also a little light at the minute.
