Why are you quoting global road deaths and head injury figures from America? The COVID deaths I quoted were UK only.

The whole point of this was you didn't want the jab or have to have a UK COVID passport. So those figures you quoted are irrelevant to the discussion.

I don't need to, vaccination isn't about absolute protection it's about reducing risk. The more people that have it the more the risk is reduced for both healthy and unhealthy people.

Therefore we should all have the vaccine unless you have a good reason not to - something to this point you haven't provided.

Why wouldn't healthy people need the vaccine? They do need it as they are at risk still, and also to prevent the spread of the virus.

In any case, it's your choice, and if you find you can't do things without the passport, that's part of your decision.

Healthy people die of COVID, that's a proven fact.
Healthy people pass on COVID to others, that's a proven fact.

No one is forcing people to have the vaccine, you have the choice.

If you choose not to, knowing that it might limit your options, then that is a choice you are taking freely.

Our so called freedoms are impacted in many ways that are designed to protect people in society. That's what laws are for.

As for living lives, were all living our lives, and we've all been impacted by this.

Anti vaxxers are a tiny minority. So insisting on the passport for the benefit of the majority is the natural conclusion.

My understanding is if you can't have the vaccine then you don't need the passport. So in that case, it the people that can't have the vaccine aren't being segregated and your argument is flawed.

The only thing stopping people who can't have the vaccine going out is the fear of catching covid, and this fear and the risk is increased by anti vaxxers.

How can all vulnerable people have had the vaccine if there are people who can't have the vaccine due to pre-existing medical conditions?

Your opening statement entirely contradicts your closing one.

It's up to the people who can have the vaccine to get it, so the risk to those vulnerable people who can't have it is reduced.

If you are unwilling to reduce that risk, then it's you who are suggesting people that can't have the vaccine should be segregated and are directly increasing their risk.

So yes, let's have the COVID passport, so that those who chose not to have the vaccine can see their own liberties reduced in a similar way to those who can't have it and have to shield due to the higher risk from the unvaccinated.

Hopefully that will allow you to see past the end of your own nose and see things from their point of view.
